You never talked about ELT. Emergency locator transmitter is a device fitted in the aft side of an aircraft. This will start generating signals on 121 frequency ,in the cases of an impact of 1G,or whenever comes in contect of water . It's function is totally out of reach of a pilot.I don't know whether it is required by Malaysian airworthiness authority or not ,But mandatory in India.

I think there were rules after previous incident of guy interring cockpit and trying to hijack plane but it was failure,after that incident there was rule that there should always be 2 people at the cockpit,one captain and first officer and 1 more person in the cockpit,so 2 people are always inside cockpit

It seems that mental check up of the pilots is also essential before taking off as some of the accidents have also taken place due to the I'll mental health.
I doubt the pilot wanted to simply kill himself because if he wanted to do that he could have plunged the plane between Malaysia and Vietnam. He MAY HAVE wanted to go a specific point on the ocean floor (pretty deep part, there is also an intersection of 2 ridge lines). I doubt he crashed the plane at high speed to break it into a million pieces. most likely he glided the plane gently down to a specific point and then let it sink. Passengers had to be quietened down early to avoid commotion and enable peaceful mission. Also I believe the pilot had been planning for this mission for a long time.

The captain was literally responsible for the disappearance of mh370, I will tell you exactly what happened that day, when the captain had a last communication with air traffic control, he said to the co pilot to get him something from the cabin area, the captain then locked the cockpit door and when the co pilot returned, he was banging and screaming for the captain to open it, but the captain ignored him, until the co pilot switched his iPhone 5s which was detected by 3 communication cell towers and the plane was heading over the south west of Penang when the co pilots phone was detected, the co pilot tried getting help by calling someone or sending an sms Messege but it didn’t work since there was no signal, the plane exceeded its flight path when it flew 58’000 ft high in the air and all the passengers, cabin crew members and the co pilot fell unconscious but the captain survived since he had a mask that can last for hours, the captain then depressurised the cabin to make sure all the 238 people are dead, the captain then turned auto pilot on and kept it flying for 6 and a half hours straight until he turned it off and flew to the southern Indian Ocean and crashed it in a very remote area, perhaps the deepest part of the Indian Ocean with a nose-dive and it was crashing in a very high speed crash impact with no survivors. The captain basically planned all this because his wife filed a divorce and his kids moved out of the house because his wife caught him with a mistress 2 weeks before the disappearance. The captain also had a flight simulator that was running Windows 8.1 that came out in august of 2013, his flight simulator used to always have lag issues and it wouldn’t work properly. Mh370 was far from Diego Garcia or any military base. And Wreckage of MH 370 has been found by an independent invistigator. He studied so deeply the currents and waves of ocean he found parts of plane in an African coast. Mystery is alread solved . I dont why people call this still a mystery

I doubt the pilot wanted to simply kill himself because if he wanted to do that he could have plunged the plane between Malaysia and Vietnam. He MAY HAVE wanted to go a specific point on the ocean floor (pretty deep part, there is also an intersection of 2 ridge lines). I doubt he crashed the plane at high speed to break it into a million pieces. most likely he glided the plane gently down to a specific point and then let it sink. Passengers had to be quietened down early to avoid commotion and enable peaceful mission. Also I believe the pilot had been planning for this mission for a long time.

The captain was literally responsible for the disappearance of mh370, I will tell you exactly what happened that day, when the captain had a last communication with air traffic control, he said to the co pilot to get him something from the cabin area, the captain then locked the cockpit door and when the co pilot returned, he was banging and screaming for the captain to open it, but the captain ignored him, until the co pilot switched his iPhone 5s which was detected by 3 communication cell towers and the plane was heading over the south west of Penang when the co pilots phone was detected, the co pilot tried getting help by calling someone or sending an sms Messege but it didn’t work since there was no signal, the plane exceeded its flight path when it flew 58’000 ft high in the air and all the passengers, cabin crew members and the co pilot fell unconscious but the captain survived since he had a mask that can last for hours, the captain then depressurised the cabin to make sure all the 238 people are dead, the captain then turned auto pilot on and kept it flying for 6 and a half hours straight until he turned it off and flew to the southern Indian Ocean and crashed it in a very remote area, perhaps the deepest part of the Indian Ocean with a nose-dive and it was crashing in a very high speed crash impact with no survivors. The captain basically planned all this because his wife filed a divorce and his kids moved out of the house because his wife caught him with a mistress 2 weeks before the disappearance. The captain also had a flight simulator that was running Windows 8.1 that came out in august of 2013, his flight simulator used to always have lag issues and it wouldn’t work properly. Mh370 was far from Diego Garcia or any military base.
And Wreckage of MH 370 has been found by an independent invistigator. He studied so deeply the currents and waves of ocean he found parts of plane in an African coast. Mystery is alread solved . I dont why people call this still a mystery
this is your opinion...but i dont think this is what happened...you are simply blaming pilot without having enough proof !! this is only a theory...there are more theories based on this incident..but nothing can be proved..thats why it remains as one of the biggest mystery in the century !!
