Hornady should send you a commission check! I've watched at least 40 Hornady Press videos......and yours were the most informative. Ordered my press today. Very nice work!!!!!
Bill - you should do a video on adjusting the LnL timing. It doesn't need to be done often, but there seem to occasionally be some presses from the factory needing one time adjustment. For anyone without a decent bench to mount to, you can help stiffen something marginal by adding a piece of plywood to the bottom, and/or a metal band - either one will need to be drilled through and will help spread the load from the motion of the press. Solid bench - more consistent powder drops and ammo.
I was looking for a progressive press. After single pressing for a long time I found your videos and watched them all you sold me on the Hornady AP I watched other AP press videos and didn't get the "oh yea" feeling. Thank you for the in depth operation of this press.
Thank you so much for the excellent series on the Hornady LNL, it has been really helpful in setting up my new press for the first time. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for taking the time out to make these videos my LNL AP should be here this week I'am moving up from a single stage an your Videos are going to help me out a bunch thanks
I sure do JB. I will be starting a basic reloading video series and I will be running off of my single stage press. On the first video I will discuss each and every item needed and used for the new reloader. Then I will devide the videos up into sections like resize/deprime, then priming, then expanding and so on. I will carefully explain everything in detail and they should be good videos. Thabks JB
Just finished watching the 6 parts of setting up the press and I learned a few things. You really did a great job explaining everything. Looking forward to the beginning reloading series.
Great vid thanks for the info. Got my press mounted yesterday and set up the priming system using your tips and it works like a charm. Had to adjust the timing a bit but it runs like butter.
Thank you, I hope you get it dialed in. If you have any specific questions please ask. There is nothing worse than not enjoying the hobby of reloading. Thank you for the compliment.
Alexander you are so awesome. Spell it anyway you can and we will have great conversation. It is nice to know I am making friends in Australia. Watch out for the roo's.
ive watched your video series multiple times and they are awesome! I just seen for the first time the sticker on the side of your tool box as you are talking about the carriage bolts. it is the condom sticker that says just wear it. HAHAHA just thought i'd point that out to everyone!! made me laugh!!
55GetSome Thank you for pointing that out. I bought that tool box in that condition and did not notice the sticker. I will remove it from the box and once again thank you for pointing that out. If I had seen the sticker I would have removed it because I prefer to keep my channel clean. I appreciate you following along through my channel. Highboy
Looking forward to this video. I am planning to mount mine to my Lee reloading stand (3 leg steel). I have read on-line others have done this with the Hornady press. You seem to think of everything. Sure hope I can mount it successfully as I don't have tons of room in my garage or basement. I usually haul my stuff into the family room for a reloading session :) Great Bench. I am jealous !!!!
I don't care what you mount it on just so you hurry up with it. I need someone to sub for me and do the instructional part so let me know when you are ready to fill in for me and make some videos. I need a pro like yourself. :>) Highboy
LOL. You are funny. A buddy got me into shooting IDPA. I am doing pretty good sine I have only been shooting about 18 months. I shoot 9mm, S&W 40 and 45 ACP. I just started reloading 223 about. 5 months ago. I am lucky I met a family we an outdoor range that allows shooting out to 400 yards. We do lots of training mixes of rifle drills along with IDPA concepts. Lots of fun. Thanks again for the great instruction videos. Going to buy the O-ring before the press arrives 😄
For some the 0-ring does not work to keep the powder measure from coming loose so I will have a video coming up by Sunday evening addressing it. I believe it is the proper fix. Highboy
Added the hornady light. I had it on the Lee turret press. Good video. I used your idea for wiring. I located it at the back and secured it with extra strong Velcro and zip ties. Looks great. Looking forward to the weekend to put the press into action.
HEY BUDDY IN THE VIDEO WITH THE ORINGS IN IT. WHAT IS THE HARBOR FREIGTH PART NUMBER THEY HAVE QUITE A FEW SETS COULD YOU LIST THE RIGHT ONE . THANKS ROCKY
Hey Bill, I want your opinion on bench ideas for a second bedroom reloading station. I have been reloading for about 6 months with a Lee Hand loader, and I'm going to upgrade to a progressive press, most likely a Hornady AP. I have room for up to a 6 foot by 2 foot bench. What do you suggest?
Tanks a bunch for doing these videos. I am currently a Lee Loadmaster owner. I've been considering buying another press and my initial choice is the Lock n Load AP. These videos make a strong case for Hornady Lock n Load. I load multiple calibers. As the LnL AP does not have tool heads, now to you keep up with the various dies as you switch them out for others? Do you have a system? Are there color coded lock inserts?
The only items you need for a caliber change is the shell holder and your 7/8" threaded dies. Lee shoud be avoided because of the thick head on the LNL. But, they will work if it all you have. I have quite a bit on this press for videos and it is good to have you. I like the Lee products and the company is good to deal with. Make sure to say Hi once in a while and don't be a stranger. Highboy
my l n l progressive press seems to snap the shell plate between stations hard enough to cause some of the powder to fly out of the shells. ive watched many videos here on youtube but haven't seen any that address the issue of the clicking or snapping causing the powder to pop out. is there an adjustment that I can make to lessen the snap or click slightly to enable a smooth movement between stations? thanks for any info and thanks for all the videos on this press.
Watch my 44th video in the beginning reloading series. What I have found is going too fast can cause the powder to spill over and the biggest enemy is a bench that moves too much. I hope that helps. Highboy

Nice job Jim. If I didn't already own a dillon, You would have me sold on this LNL. LOL
That is so sad. It is slowly decaying here and that is why I am making these videos. Thank you so much for your support.
Jim
Hi Bill! Thanks a Lot for Your great Videos! I habe ordernd a LNL and with Your help it will be much easier to get it Wirkung. Greetings from Austria!
I like your HD bench, as heavy duty as a mid 70’s Ford F-250 FWD with a divorced transfer case!
Lol, thank you. I no longer own the Hornady. The guys on my forum may be able to help you. 76highboy.com
Bill, great vids on the LNL. I have mine up and running and tuning now, your tips will speed the process.
Thanks L KB. I hope to see you around my channel and make sure you say HI. Jim
I will sure consider doing a video in the timing on the LNL. It will be a few months but I will see what I can do.
Great Video -- remember my suggestion from the previous comment....

I put 2 1 1/2'' shims at ram housing with silicone
