The prosecutors are just running through these defense witnesses, if he's not convicted then something stinks to high heaven in south Carolina.

The prosecutor is switched on. The first defense witness turned into a prosecution witness.

I was only listening so I thought it was the state talking when it was the defense. That blew up. I was laughing.

The law partners testimony was as damning as the paralegals as to his thievery and manipulative behaviors. I think he said something to the effect that he thought he knew alex.... it's clear he didn't.

I dislike the defense lawyer that questioned the " celebrite witness." Can't stand his caulky aggressive questioning of prosecutions witnesses.

The average age of the defense witnesses appears to be about 120 yrs old.
Griffin just breaking his back carrying that team - he’s surrounded by ineffective counsel and their advanced age notwithstanding, their witnesses just aren’t very strong

The forensics are rather interesting, especially as to bullets shot. Doesn't mean all the bullets shot and discovered occurred that night. The more I consider this, the more I begin to wonder about multiple shooters under 6 feet. More discovery is needed on the bullying of the family.

Is it any wonder there's a gun problem in the U.S. with guns that just "go missing" or are "stolen out of unlocked vehicles". Yikes.

Why is the jury not allowed to take notes?? Is this a S.Carolina policy? I’m from Florida and jurors here are allowed to take notes..

Isn’t it possible Alex called from his car, then left his car and took Maggie’s phone turned it off or changed from portrait to landscape.

  • @davidnimmo6049

It sounds like the prosecutor is trying to prove Alex is a thief and screamer but it doesn't prove without a reasonable doubt that he is guilty of these murders. I hope the prosecutor can focus more on evidence that he did it if they want to see a conviction

  • @4halex

You can’t tell 100 percent if he had called from his car turned hers off took it somewhere else. The phones don’t record who actually has the phone at all times, just location

  • @4halex

Isn’t it possible that alex called Maggie from his car, then left his car, went and got her phone turned it off and the screen went from portrait to landscape. Apple doesn’t record who is actually using the phone at any given time, just location and minutes used. It’s odd that her phone was found away from the property, he’s lied about everything, the gun was conveniently missing, he was at the kennel and he didn’t stay at his mothers house for the 45 minutes he said he was.

That cell phone data man blew this up for prosecution! I’m sorry but i think Alex did not toss that phone. There is someone else involved here. I firmly believe that sorry…… not guilty reasonable doubt

The minute he admitted to being a drug addict it all made sense. Who among us has nif had to deal with a lying manipulative drug addict? They can not be trusted. They lie without hesitation, they are always scamming. This guys life of non stop drama is the result of his addiction. His family means nothing to him, all that mattered was getting more money for drugs in any way possible.

I am retired now. I watched the entire trial on RUclips. Start to finish. ( today is 15Apr2024). I understood the "motive" for why he did it. My #1 question throughout the entire trial was WHY .. if he was 100% INNOCENT.. Why lie about being at the kennels an the last time he saw/spoke to them..
That was the cincher for me.
When Sgt Daniel Greene came on the scene.. boom.. he lied from the outset.. WHY???

🤔 I can't make much sense of the defense not only calling but paying pretty well for this evening's final witness.
Maybe I'm missing something but the cell phone expert only did damage to Murdaugh's case. Quite a bit so, if you ask me.
For $300 an hour for his eval or overall work then If I'm not mistaken he mentioned testimonial fees of $600ish hourly to be in court, the prosecution got a pretty good price on an expert called by Alex's council.
Anybody coming up with something I'm missing on how they benefit from this particular testimony?

Federico, Mallory’s family suffered a terrible blow, but karma has done its job on the Murdaugh family - murdering each other, loss of honor, financial ruin, etc. I keep thinking throughout this trial that Mallory’s death is being avenged much more harshly than a mere suit. Peace.
