    This video is awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. Could you please let us know can we use AD group to capture login user. Our CEO does not want to see few fields but other employee need to see all the fields. Please suggest with this example.

      Yes you can use AD groups to assign the roles under dataset security setting in Power BI service

    This looks like it is exactly what I need!!
    However, is there a way to create the field access based on another value other than email address? I have a long list of employees (over 1000) and the access level is based on their job position in Azure groups. If an employee changes positions, they will lose access to my current reports but the position that person had will still have access to the reports, so when a new employee takes that position, they will automatically have access to my reports.

      You can Use an AD Group for the same, which needs to be maintained. So People are part of that AD group will automatically have access to the relevant contents.

      @@PowerBIHelpline I am able to connect BI to Azure Active Directory and I was able to see groups but I cannot find the Dynamic Security groups in the groups table. Is there another table or object I should be looking in?

      @@PowerBIHelpline Can you explain this more? I'm trying to implement this workaround into a report for AD Groups but not sure on the changes that need to be made compared to your method here
