I really bugs me that your mouse in the video does not line up with where you are clicking. Beyond that great video. Also your screen capture software was not capturing the full screen. A few times you referred to certain things that were off the screen.

I created a wall material takeoff and it is working fine, except when I have an interior wall with gyp on both sides. Revit only counts the gyp on one side. Example. I have a 5' long wall by 8ft. high with gyp on both sides. The takeoff only counts 40sq. ft. of gyp instead of 80 sq. ft. The structure is correct, 1/2" gyp on both sides of the core boundary. Do you have any ideas on how to solve this? Thank you in advance.

Well think of it if you were actually building the wall. in the model, do you have your core, then Gyp on both sides of the stud? right now it sounds like you only put gyp on one side of the stud. revit calculates whats in the model. So the model has to be correct. i just tried it and it calculates it fine.

also try checking the material of those components in the structure of the wall

How do you do a Material Takeoff Schedule of Rebar and/or Fabric Reinforcement where it was placed within a structural slab?

Balkan Architect aint got nothing on you in terms of concise explanation. Gotta give props for learning English to improve his delivery but, I dont think he uses Revit professionally.
