1. Shipping really depends; it can get really expensive depending on what you're shipping, where it's shipping to, and what shipping lines are available to your country. For reference, the Kiana HoF figure (big and heavy package) would've cost me 400usd if I shipped it directly to myself since the only lines available at the time were express services like UPS and FedEX💀. BUT I only paid ~50-60usd to ship it to a family member in the US via surface/boat. ON THE OTHER HAND THOUGH, the Elysia maid figure (medium size + not as heavy) shipped directly to me was like 80USD via UPS. Still expensive but overall total was still cheaper than getting it from AmiAmi + I got it earlier & got a cute tea cup set for the preorder bonus hehe For small items like merch, I don't really have a reference for how much it would cost because I always have them with larger/heavier items. Similar to other proxy services, it's usually better value if you're buying a lot. 2. Personally, I didn't have any issues with the 2 figures (or any of the merch packages) I've received so I've never had to contact support afterward. They send you 3 free QC photos so you can inspect the items, and you can request extra photos with more detail at an extra cost. I don't remember if I did this for my figures, but you can also add extra protection like corner protectors if you're worried about them getting damaged in transit. My HoF figure had foam protection but idr if that's just how it was or if I paid for it...! Also, I remember Superbuy contacting me one time when Honkai's store sent the wrong item, and they asked me to confirm if I wanted to keep it, return it for the correct item, or just return and get a refund💭

I believe Genshin restocks their goods pretty frequently so you should be able to find a lot of the older character’s goods for sale :) You just need to actually navigate through the website to find them, but they do categorize them pretty well (by character, by nation, etc.) In the video I only showed the home page since that’s the quickest way to find the new items :)

I noticed that you had gotten 2 acrylic quicksand keychains, and I was wondering if you had any problems shipping them since there's restrictions for other countries?
Hi! Personally, I didn't have any issues with the keychains. I've also picked up the HSR Himeko light cone acyrlic quicksand stand a while ago without any issues (Himeko was shipped from Japan though). I can't speak to the possibility of shipping methods becoming limited because of it since options to my country have been limited to express lines (UPS, FedEX, etc) since covid :'( I think it should be fine to ship to the US though tbh! But if you're really worried and you're using Superbuy, you can always chat with an agent and ask them if it's okay to ship! They're really nice and helpful in my experience :)

They’re basically the middleman between you and the merchant. TMall and Taobao are basically the same. They’re like the Amazon of China. I believe the main difference between the two is: - TMall: most sellers are official brand stores (in this case miHoYo) - Taobao: mixed bag of official, third party, and private sellers I’ve been using Superbuy for a few years to buy from the official Genshin and Honkai stores and haven’t had any issues :) I show how to use superbuy in the video to order from the Genshin store, and it can be applied to any other Chinese store

That’s just the preorder deposit. When it’s closer to release date, you’ll have to pay the remaining balance! The total cost of the figure is 1288rmb. The deposit is 300rmb, so the remaining balance you pay later is 988rmb! Also, just a side note: preorder bonuses typically get shipped out months ahead of the figure itself.
I recently bought the Raiden Mei figure off taobao through superbuy and EMS literally smashed my box ahajhgjah. I tried my luck again buying the Kiana Flamescion figure and I found that a lot of people recommend the sea/surface/boat shipping for figures because they typically don't get smashed and I added like $2 worth of epe filling and a corner protector and it took only about 21 real days to arrive from sea shipping and it was like not even dented and was surprisingly also very cheap to ship (Flamescion was mid $40s to ship)
Ooof yeah, for some reason the packages I have to use UPS/express options for are usually damaged in some way (the items inside are okay though), but my surface packages typically arrive in perfect condition lol🤔
