I google-translated your comment. Thank you, and I agree. He is so exceptionally talented in every way as a music performer and writer that some people just can't believe it's true. How can any one singer be so talented.. For some people he is simply too perfect but I believe he is a unique human being with incredible talent who we should be so lucky to be able to experience. I add my voice to the many others here on RUclips who try and spread the word of this once-in-a-generation talent and performer. Glad you enjoyed my reaction.

Dimash is singing in Japanese for the first time and he was almost perfect. Thank you.😊😊

    • @northernlights9814
      @northernlights9814  7 месяцев назад

Yes. His ability to sing in many languages is another impressive trait of his. I was focused on the melody and how Dimash was putting so much emotion into it that I was unable to determine the language he was singing in. I wrongly thought it was his own but it's great to learn it was in fact japanese. Glad you enjoyed my reaction.

Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is impressive how much emotion Dimash puts into all his songs and we see it perhaps most clearly in mournful yet beautiful songs like this. I often compare him to another incredible storyteller, Lara Fabian, and they both have a unique ability to create a story out of songs and make us truly _feel_ it. Glad you enjoyed my reaction.

I google-translated your comment. Thank you. Yes, it is impressive that he sings in so many languages, this time in japanese (which I did not pick up on in my reaction, I was focusing on the beautiful melody and the emotion he was putting into the performance). Dimash is a once-in-a-generation talent which we are so fortunate to be able to experience. Glad you enjoyed my reaction.

At concerts now, he sings a mash up of both the mandarin autumn strong and the Japanese Ikenaide. Which is perfect because each of us has a favourite version,

Thanks for your comment. I have listened to "Autumn Strong" but it's been a a few years since I did so and so I did not catch the resemblance. Cool that Dimash shows dynamics and creativity at his concerts. I hope some day to be able to experience him in concert, hope he comes to Scandinavia at some point as I mention in some of my reactions. Glad you enjoyed my reaction.

Sadly, I rarely listen to Ikanaide because it is so mournful and reminds me of my mothers death. My life has been filled with sadness so I prefer music that is about love and happiness to provide balance.🌹
This song is in Japanese and Ikanaide means "please don't go"
Dimash is almost too talented in my opinion, reguarding emotional evocation.😢
I love the arias high notes. I agree that they are beautiful. That final hum is exquisite.🤩
    Another great reaction👍
    🥰🥰Much love from Canada🇨🇦

Thank you for your comment, information and reflections. It is a mournful song, beautiful in its sadness but I understand. Songs about love and happiness are important and valuable indeed. Dimash is multi-talented as we know, an exceptional artist and performer, and he does indeed put a lot of emotion into all that he sings, a storyteller of quality (reminds me in that regard of Lara Fabian, another exceptional storyteller who is one of his idols). Happy to hear you enjoyed my reaction!

    LYRICS IN BOTH SONGS
    🎶 ARE EVERYTHING🎶
    Autumn Strong 🇨🇳 & lkanaide 🇯🇵
    There’s a historic backstory
    🥺China WWII Japan😢💙
    The “Autumn Strong” performance
    of Dimash in China’s
    “I’m a singer” competition.
He learned Chinese in a week 🇨🇳
Now he’s learned Japanese & sings the original version for Japan 🇯🇵
The JAZZ FESTIVAL was during LOCKDOWN 😯
This puts his language count at 13
at the time of this recording 💿
    His HONOR is showing again‼️🤗

I love how he’s blended the
    🇯🇵 & 🇨🇳 songs together
with the warble in the beginning’s, and the vocalizing “Her” at the ending’s 🥺
The song writer 🎼 praised Dimash on his getting the “Ah’s” 🎶 so perfectly to what he intended they should convey in each phase👌🎤
    Well It Is Dimash‼️🤣😂💦
I also watched a Japanese reactor comment that the 🇯🇵 language is usually pronounced wrong with a hard consonant sound of most western speakers. He said that it’s different and should be weaker to get it right. He was so impressed with Dimash getting the enunciation correct ❤️🇯🇵
    Well It Is Dimash‼️🤣😂💦

Yes, that is true. I prefer to focus on melody and performance in my reactions since lyrics might distract me when reacting. I read the lyrics afterwards when I re-watch the performance. Making fun of someone doing a serious reaction on RUclips is NOT really the polite thing to do. I considered deleting your comment but will keep it up for others to see what one does NOT do in comments to reactions. Perhaps you will learn from this and be polite next time you comment on someone's reaction. As I have said to others, I focus on melody and performance when an artist is singing, not on the language since I don't even follow the lyrics at that time. And so I missed that he was not singing in his own language, big deal. I have heard him sing in Russian, his own language, in Chinese and other languages and quite frankly some of these especially Asian languages sound fairly similar to us westerners. What does impress me is how Dimash is able to sing in so many languages. What does NOT impress me is people laughing at others publicly when they make mistakes. Thank you though for watching my reaction.
