- TikTok's Cookie Croissant (Le Crookie) is a viral pastry hack, and today I'll show you how to make this easy, 2-ingredient recipe. We will also taste test it to at the end to see if it's any good!
Le Crookie was invented by Stéphane Louvard who runs the French bakery in Paris, France: Maison Louvard Boulangerie.
Cookie Croissant (Le Crookie) Ingredients:
- 6 pieces croissants (60g each)
- 1 log chocolate chip cookie dough (pre-packaged, 468g)
Bake at 350f (180c) for 12 mins.

@@lookcatchu only the frozen ones you have to raise yourself the night before then bake in the morning As a child I would make breakfast in bed for my mum on her birthday and mother's day with ham cheese and tomato
@@lookcatchu my secret tip is when raising the frozen croissant in the oven overnight before putting the croissant in the oven Turn the oven on for maybe 3-4 minutes then turn it off the heat will stay in the oven and make the croissant raise HUGELY but if you have to much heat the butter all melts and it doesn't raise
Just leave the croissant to raise in the oven overnight 😃
@@lookcatchu if your croissant raise HUGELY bake them on a lower setting so the outside and inside cook evenly just watch till the outside looks done maybe 150 degrees Celsius
