It looks to Be a complete car I'd strip all that paint off and start fresh just so you know what is under that paint and everything will be good when you get it repainted Just post up videos of your progress.

You would have had to do a frame off with another frame if you wanted to throw big wheels on since it was cut and I personally would only do a frame off on a Chevy Impala or bel air. Other cars just ain’t worth it... unless it’s like a le cabriolet or something. The main reason I would have sold it or never even bought it is because where I’m from, (Texas) G body’s aren’t worth anything and if you sell it after fixing them up you almost have to give it away. I wish you would have done a feature on your son’s Cadillac. It was clean. Look forward to seeing what he builds next. Love seeing other brothas get their ride on.
