  • Once a staff member has joined our staff, what is necessary to provide the necessary support? An administrator has a responsibility to ensure the success of new faculty by creating a mentoring relationship built on trust. This relationship also provides opportunities to explain expectations for best practice, common school ground rules, and other ways to acclimate this person into the school’s culture. The mentoring relationship also helps to improve competencies from the beginning.
