Great post! :) I am truly enjoying taking care of myself like a baby!!! Gym yoga classes art workshops cooking travel with friends - doing well at career! New projects. Having fun ✨✨✨ fitness goals/travel plans!! Living my life! I did a lot of shadow work for 9 months. Journaling etc etc root causes and now at a stage to chill. I used to feel and release. Feel and release - made me lose 8-9 kgs - just suppressed emotions! 🌟

@@chrisbeltre9709it happens automatically as you begin to do the work and you surrender completely by accepting it! You will still love them but you will feel detached and no longer worrying about the outcome. This has been my experience.

Yes, when you detox the energy and really begin doing the work, but you have to let go completely and detach from an outcome.🧡
