The dev team is very small I believe and by them making it under a subscription they’ll be able to continue to get money instead of it being a one time purchase and that’s it, I do not like it but I understand it from their business perspective as they may have had to pay for the NFL license or may have to earn a certain amount of sales under the NFL contract

Customizable ai teams (picking ai teams players), allowing us to pick the salary cap, pick 10 or 12 team rosters again, re-introducing extreme difficulty, making player contracts more realistic compared to their irl contracts (ex. Purdy starting on 1 mil rather than 40 mil), among other changes would really make this game amazing.
