I am currently in high school, and a partner and I are planning to start a non profit focusing on environmental conservation. However, we are really struggling with the funding and legal aspect. Can you fundraise without being tax exempt? How would that work legally? Also, we are struggling with all of the legal steps. Could you maybe make a video or link some good, really detailed articles explaining the entire legal process in in depth detail?

Hey there! I do have a few videos that tackle the legal steps to start -- here's a good one to begin with: ruclips.net/video/BFu6Ptclq_E/видео.html

Well done. I'll add being crystal clear on why a nonprofit is necessary and appropriate before beginning to focus on what such an organization would undertake...

Hey there - I’m a nonprofit worker and architect who has been on the cusp of generating my own nonprofit for some time. I work with indigenous communities particularly in South America on making art tools more accessible. As a practitioner, I often feel that push and pull between being in the field with the communities I love and being an administrator. Something that strikes me about this video is the idea of time. I’m left wondering - when is the right time to act? I’m excited to make change happen, but your content has helped me to find more comfort in that incubation period

Hi Amber, that's a good information. I would really need your suggestions on how to mobilise resources to help your community?

Depends on what you're mobilizing resources for! (What cause, mission)

Yeah, I've seen in my career the importance of developing relationships with others in my nonprofit's ecosystem (funders, front-line workers, government workers). Hey, I would be interested in a video on program evaluation.
