How does an impact crusher work?

FTM Machinery impact crushers are horizontal shaft impact crushers. Its parts are composed of a hopper, two or three aprons, a rotor, a blow bar, a shaft, and bearing, etc.
When crushing, the rock material enters the crushing cavity and is broken into smaller pieces by the high-speed rotating hammer.
More extensive materials are bounced back to the rotating hammer for another round of crushing until they are discharged from the discharge port.
