as someone always struggling to hit my drives further ( avg, 150 carry with an 80mph swing speed ) and having tried almost everything ..... I think a light bulb went on for me at the 0.54 sec mark of your video , when you demonstrated the sliding / caving softly to my left side.... next time at the range, I will try to extend my left leg and lock it instead .....Question: is there a specific feel, at a certain point of my downswing that I can strive for , that might help me do it correctly ? ....thanks much Sam !!!
I see a lot of people struggle with caving their lead side when their left hip is not working properly. On the downswing, get your left hip moving up and back. This helps produce more speed at the ball, more rotational power, and also automatically locks out that lead leg.

If you move the ball up in your stance, how do you keep from pulling the crap out of it?
The pull will come from too closed of a at impact so holding off the release of the face slightly longer will get the ball going straighter.
Futher?
Is it ‘futher’ or ‘father’? I’m never sure.
BS
Not sure which part of this is even debate worthy lol
