“In association with LetsDig18”.. LMAO.. it was only a matter of time. 😂♥️👌🏼
Mr Bealy Good - Sir…. I am astounded but not surprised that so many beams fitted perfectly - yet again your laid back and almost casual style belies your professionalism and attention to detail. You are every bit a perfectionist as Chris but in different areas of expertise thus complimenting each other. It really is a joy to watch - love the credits!
Take care and stay safe!
@@andysprunt9058 thanks ! 😊
Wow now we’re starting to cook on gas and it’s beginning to look the hotel that we’re all waiting to book into. Great sound track Geoff. Well done sir.
Thanks 😊
Hey Dr. BG, Wonderful progress! Suggestion - make some "S" hooks (15") from steel rebar for picking up the beams. Hooking & unhooking the chains is wasting a lot of time! Keep it safe with those young kids around! Thumbs up! Jim
Chris looked human all confused looking for his paint! He would have edited that out 😂😂😂
Glad to know he is still one of us!
😁😁
great work!! definitely enjoy watching different construction techniques; so used to slab pours first--this reminds me of the pole barn builds..
Put a tag line on your beams for control
That's going to be an amazing place. It's really coming together. Great teamwork all around.
mantap bro, the next update is awaited
I love the way you guys try to do things safely. You do it without being officious. Well done
Two hours to hand all the metal, that's getting it done! Another stellar production from the Duck Mafia.
The house is looking bigger all the time. It appears to be coming along good.
Just a suggestion for Jeff You should make sure this house and property stays in the family forever ❤️
You`re very fortunate. The team are super humans and do not need any head gear, like the pro`s.
Many hands make short work (including the Jackie Dash) - reminds me of the meccano sets of old. Good to have LetsDig18 on site too.
Chris the crane operator too 😂 Geoff I’m sure this is a first for him
Hello Mr Bealy Good. Props to you for the beginning layout. Otherwise the steel would not have went so well. You know what you are doing. Haters should look at what it takes to accomplish these things. Much more to come. I can’t wait to watch it. Thanks
Thanks 👍
The drone is exceptionally good at showing braces that don't line up, much better than trying to figure it out from underneath.
I use it to line things up all the time. Of course, I was flying the drone before the crossbars were all in.
@@BealyGood yeah yeah, I was just looking and thinking, bugger me that has a commercial application beyond just taking video's. The entire layout is exposed in seconds when walking around could take 15 mins and you might still miss something. The bloody lens distortion causes issues but layouts and missing tool finding ...... mint.
This going to be one mother of a concrete pour cant wait

This is Bealy Cool stuff! 😎
Yup it is coming along well bro and what a great bunch you have doing it too, a high five for all of them. Safe travels. Ken.
Looking better ever time i see it , keep up the good work .
Making beautiful progress and looks great. Btw, I mentioned a few months ago that I was working on getting a vintage investment property I've owned for a long time up for sale. Just put it on the market 6 days ago and it's under contract to purchase already. Couldn't be happier. Investor from Tenn. owns properties in TN and wants to expand to Cincinnati. I certainly welcome the Southern hospitality. Closing Mid Aug. Whoot whoot.
That is awesome!
This getting more interesting by the minute. Oh yeah
Pat on the back Bealy's your doing good 👍
Thx for the video on how to build the floor support system. I’m sure that it isn’t easy to get a lot of the shots that you end up with. The time lapse videos (and editing) make it look so much easier than it must be. I’m gonna go take a nap 😴
Thanks 😊
Looking good Geoff. nice progress.
Starting to take shape now.
It’s great that you have pass through for hvac built into the ceiling spans! What goes on the walls and how does that support plumbing and electrical layout?
Sheetrock goes on the walls. The plumbing will be inside interior walls. The electrical gets laid into the foam.
Jeff, your project is coming a long really nice.. Yes I would say your guys need hard hats and a control rope..
Dalton don’t sweat much….. perhaps he don’t do much 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Looking good Mr. Bealy, the mansion gonna be tornado proof. 👍😊
Definitely need safe hats chris well experience them young lads lots to learn
Very Interesting this Building Sort. Gladden my of the next Videos 👌
More to come! Danke 😊
Geoff gr8 job again your new mansion is going to be AWESOME Mrs Bealy saying it does not look big when at foundations. She will know when 1st floor is done lol. Chris is a BRILLANT MAN to have on hand for this project. I started watching your channel when he started the tree clearing at the start good luck with the rest you have done your RESEARCH on everything fair play to you from Northern Ireland
Thanks Mark!
Mrs. Bealy will know when she goes to clean it!
Fun stuff! I worked on a big house using the same materials back in 05 The owner owned several KFC’s here in Michigan after doing the foundation and poured walls my boss said he’d rather do that instead of blocks, which we did a lot of.
Pretty cool joist system 👍😎
Your idea of putting the garage on the 3rd floor is pure genius Geoff, not many people would have thought of that.
@@General_Confusion 🤣🤣🤣
looking awesome, thanks Geoff
Pretty Killer Geoff !! Man, it's starting to come together now, It looks like a pretty simple system, so far !! Yeah, i'd say the ground guy needs a Hard Hat on, myself !! Or until one of them get a Big Ol' Goose egg on their head, then they will want to put it on !! lolol... But, looking Great Man, coming right along .... Have a Great Evening !! Til next time....
That is one hell of a floor system. So many parts.
Wish I lived closer I would like to work with your crew. Nice job love the channel not letsdig18 first rodeo
Moving on now, looking good. 👍👍
That was like the old Erector Set we had in the 60's when I was a kid.
You can get them again.
I loved mine.
They were snap together with floor, interior and exterior wall you snapped on after you put the frame together like a skyscraper.
Geoff's house is an adult version.
Yup 😁
its so cool seeing how fast this stage when up and is moving to get you set up for the next part. thanks again form showing us your build.
More to come! Thanks 😊
Awesome Job!!
It's a fantastic video, and you are bluding yourself a beautiful home for your family 🎉
@@alangriffiths1432 thanks 😊
Great music,it’s getting better and better.
@@jackbuckner5423 thanks 😊
The best of all good all around 👍
Really impressive Jeff
@ 19:00 A couple of guide ropes would speed up the placement of those joists and help keep the swing to a minimum. 25' - 30' with a snap ring at the end so you can attach and detach from the joist quickly.
Looking good so far.
When does the ground floor get poured and won't all the joists and bars be an obstacle for the concrete pump?
House will be under roof before I pour any concrete. So probably Oct or November
@ 19 min. BOY a couple of tag lines sure would have been nice!
What type of music do you listen to to find these songs? I love it. Great job, Geoff. You’re an inspiration.
@@drm626 thanks 😊. I spend hours sometimes going through music.
@@BealyGood And it shows. Love the music choices. Keeps it fresh!
put a tag line on those! You Rookies ;-)
No sparks flying, that’s a good thing!! Great video 🤗🇺🇸
Thanks 😊
I love how this is moving forward. It's exciting, Geoff. I'm very happy for you both.
Thanks so much!
Geoff you’re really on the move, be safe! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Thank you, I will
Wow looking amazing. I remember when they built my uncles 14,000 square foot house. They used wooden truss at every 4 inches for the upstairs. Your way is definitely the way to go which I believe they over done his house. The engineer that drew up his house was the say one that drew up MaryKays huge building off the tollway in Dallas Tx and her personal house. Looked amazing built over built I’m assuming. Looks absolutely beautiful so far!!!
Edit typos
Just the coast of him to draw it up was extremely expensive. Last I heard it was high as heck just for the prints. I can only imagine what your cost you but wow wow wow. You will have an incredible sturdy house after it’s all said and done. You my “RUclips” friend will have the best house on the block for dang sure!!! 👍 oh and please don’t post what it cost you cause none of anyone’s business either. But what a beautiful house Mr. B and Mrs B will have once done.
@@B_Rad4Real it’s definitely an expense to engineer everything. Thanks for commenting
Things are flying now! 👍When are they starting the other house build on the lot that you sold on the pond?
WOW,, Looking good Jeff, Nice house when done. Just hate to see the price tag, HA! HA! I love your video progress, I know it's a lot of work but please keep it up!!
Thanks 😊
Thx BG nice songs as well.
Ty 😊
Looking great Geoff! So cool to see it all going together. Thanks!
@@jramsdenbb thank you 😊
Tag line? Nice progress...be safe ya'll
A great looking flooring system! Going to make a nice solid non squeaky floor. Cheers
Cheers 😊
Coming along nicely
Looking Great! I am sure it is a great feeling to start getting some traction in the vision coming together. Its going to be a very efficient and quiet home. Keep up the great work. How is the pond doing with the aerators and such?
It's doing pretty good. Things are coming along but I need a break. lol
How many stories above ground, and where is the garage going? Loved the flooring video! Rooting for great success with the mansion!
Just basement and main floor
*“Learning With LetsDig!”,* signed, Mr. Bealy Good….. funny moment
Those span lengths are difficult to wrap your head around. I really like the technology advances which allow for such long, open spaces to become a reality. I want this for a property of mine which is perfect for such treatment… Thanks for the window Mr. Bealy Good..
Looks great brother I am ready to raise some walls
Geoff, next set you put up use for the roof structure use a rope on each end of thebeams.
That's how you control the swinging.
Makes it lot safer setting thos beans in place.
Pretty cool. Are you going with infloor radiant heating or forced air ?
@@FatKidBrody in floor
@BealyGood I love infloor and installing it. No shrinkage when your feet hit the floor first thing in the morning on your way to pee.
Right on Geoff.
When can i sign the lease ?
Dude looks good. Still think you need to call it Bee-Lee Towers
Thank you 👍
You are welcome
Great video and music as always. Thank you for sharing. I so enjoy following the journey. Hope Bones surgery goes well. 😎❤
Thanks 😊
Great to see tangible progress in the las few vids. One criticism though. I would have like to have seen from an engineering point of view, the measuring and spacing of the beams and also how the lock bar system is utilised.
I’m planning on some up close video Monday during the final install.
That came together fast, great team work!!
Thanks 👍
I'm surprised that Chris didn't take the dragline bucket off and use it as a crane.lol. Would definitely need more boom though.
That went up fast, good job. Erecting the steel won't interfere with pouring the slab?
No. Thanks :-)
@@BealyGood Looking great! I love watching the progress. Keep at it and ignore the knucklehead comments.
Starting to look like a home!
Are you going to build an unattached garage in the future?
Yes
Put a connecting Breezeway to keep insurance cost reasonable, if even an open topped breezeway with grape vines growing, then no Garage Rider Policy is required, just one policy for House with Garage attached by breezeway, due to' low fire risk for having Garage separated but connected !
Dang, That's a really nice system! I'll bet that will get you some really flat floors. Hope you and the Mrs have really flat feet to enjoy them to the max! JK, JK.
I've been watching Chris for 3+ years and this is the first time I've seen him walking
🤣🤣🤣
Mr @bealygood kicked Chris of the heavy equipment
Yea' Chris usually Runs from Equipment Cab to Equipment Cab, he just stops filming when afoot !
In his work he has to sit down . but love to watch his work. LOL. down under
Tag lines! Is there a shortage of string in the US?
No shortage of the same comment repeatedly either 🤣
Lol... click bait. It's hard to resist. Looks great. Tidy.
Polyester sport shirts are great if you are going to be sweating a lot because they'll quickly dry out when you stop sweating. But they hold onto odor be it personal, laundry detergent / fabric softener, even if you eat something with onions a sulfur smell with hang around for an hour. Cotton gets wet and stays wet.
Those boys are on a short-line to get hurt. I've heard you ask "where are your gloves?" and "where's your hard-hat?" If you're manhandling metal, GLOVES!!! If you're swinging steel "HARD-HATS!!"
Wouldn't a tag-line be helpful?
Yes, it would be.
@@BealyGood Can't say you didn't tell them...
Ment to say I love the music effect
Thx
Great production and sound tracks!
Thanks 😊
Don’t know why the video is so dark checked my ph and brightness is on full now get to work site supervisor is on site 👍👋🇨🇦
Progressing nicely
At what point do you pour all the basement floors?
After the house shell is complete
Yes, with your reply I assume the green panels are insulation, so they would be left in place.
@@billstewart776 correct
Living in Texas, I've always said that if I had unlimited budget to build, I'd do all concrete like that (for tornadoes). Was hoping to see how the "lock bars" engage.
Guide ropes are key when slinging loads
Missing are hard hats, work gloves and fall protection - but at least you have enthusiasm. Chris does have a crane @ home down the road, but some of that hand lifting needed ropes.
Good morning, july 10. Hot day, 96. Degrees. Stay cool.
Starting to build our shade 😁
Wow, really starting to take shape. Nice. #jeliousviewer.
ok, a bit confused here, cause I was thinking you would havw to pour the floor first BEFORE you installed all these??
It’s going to be exciting 😁
Looking good.
Thanks 👍
Looks Awesome!!👍👍
Thanks 👍
Are they bolted down to the concrete ?
No
