This game probably doesnt have "the best in the world" as there is not even a competition for it. You can do this as well, this doesnt require special mechanic to do except for your level.

basic things for insane and extreme mode
1. learn to aim for the headshot
2. run for about a meter before you shoot
3. prevent friendly fire
4. save yourself first before helping others
if you are a medic use your stim wisely by using it to a team mate whose in danger. dont give them stim if they are in a safe place

Why was the zeds not climb over the fence at the first defense location
and why wasn't there any zeds at the gate right of the dock?
It happens a lot when you play alone (no bots or all your friends dead) and you use stim pistol or smoke grenade - something that gives you invisibility - Zeds lose you entirely - and they stop moving - coz they dont see you. If they won't see you and you won't do any noise to attract them again - they won't move and just remain in place.
How is this even possible?! 😂
I can't even get through this episode on extreme with bots and killing!

Landing on Yuranus yes, at level 20 medic can have a perk to help revive fallen allies with stim shot, and one other perk gives the person who get stimmed masking effect for 5s.

it depends on the perk you choose - it can heal you 10% or give you invis for 5 sec.
