CASE - 23 year old male from UP,staying in Mumbai with uncles family ,his parents in UP,2 sisters married.one younger brother who is doing merchant navy.he is unmarried,is graphic designer.his father has parkinsons,mo diabetic and hypertension.
Pt.suffers from giddiness since 3-4 months ,he gets throbbing headache,feels drowsy, ghabrahat ,what is happening,why it's happening ,has to stop working and lie down .I take proper diet ,exercise regularly ,he is into fitness ,training in gym ,wants to be a gym trainer himself ,has learnt about diet and follows strict diet .
His cousin sister ,daughter of uncle with whom he stays used to get spirit of a boy who died in the neighborhood, she is unite but would speak in marathi ,which she didn't know and also behave like that boy ,which neighbours recognized. She used to become delirious ,talk irrelevant, become aggressive,run around that time.pt used to control her ,being only male at home as he works from home and others used to go for work.he used to feel is it because of that ,though nervous inside,he had to control the situation .he was also taken to ojha for jhad foonk ,though he did t believe but due to anxiety and not getting better with medication he went .there was little relief but again same .but his cousin had improved after jhad foonk.pt also narrated an experience where he was travelling to village ,was busy arranging luggage ,when a eunuch came asking for money, he was too busy as train was going to start ,he got angry as she was insisting and argued with her ,eunuch got angry and cursed him ,is it due to this ?
Pt is very much worried about his family ,currently sole earning member .he is religious ,follows rituals, goes to temple.he can't do anything wrong .he had lot of stress as got sister married last month,brotherhood dengue and renal stones,hospitalized.this he had not expected so budget went for toss,he had to manage everything. Soch samajhkar decision leta hoon .he saves money,invests in share market but very cautious.he is careful about diet too ,avoids cold and outside food.he wants to start his business in fitness industry .attends stock market workshop but bec of headache can't attend .he was not afraid of ghosts used to feel I can handle but after cousins incidence felt ,mujhe na ho jaaye .he is fond of reading books ,has read 'rich dad poor dad 'book ,would like to read geeta .
He appeared to be someone who wants to progress ,financially,physical fitness wise ,and take his family ahead .
