I genuinely never thought Liam would be the bigger, more relevant of the two post Oasis. I find it really weird that when you go to one of his concerts, at least half the crowd are in their teens or early 20's so clearly not around for Oasis. Its awesome that he has been adopted by another generation.
I thought Noel would be the one to carry the legacy since Liam seemed bogged by his troubles with Beady Eye and his divorce. But it's cool indeed. Must be his personality: he doesn't come off as insincere when he speaks.

Liam is the voice of Oasis naturally but the majority of his set was written by Noel

I've had the pleasure of meeting and having a pint with Liam in a pub in my city of york it was the day after the Hull gig it was like bin sat with my best mate and the rest of the lads on the pub what a guy he is

@@MarcoNegrisEye if he was smashing up hotels and fighting on boats at 50 it would be just embarrassing. It’s different for a young kid in their 20’s they can get away with being a rock star and come across as cool. He can still sing and enjoy it but definitely his prime was a long time ago

He's 50 for godsake , he's got at least another 10 years to be at the top of his game. It's only in recent years that McCartney's voice has faltered and look at the age of him!
A person’s prime is measured by skill. Everything else is artificial and socially constructed nonsense only the daft believe. Liam is definitely still in his prime because he hasn’t lost his ability to sing.

When I was a teenager and a mad Oasis fan, I loved this guy's DGAF attitude. These days, we're a bit older/wiser (maybe) and he still has the DGAF attitude, but is so laid back/humble and just so content with life. It's really comforting eh.

Grew up listening to Oasis, I'm now 50 years old, listening to Oasis, Verve as well as Noel and Liam's stuff has helped me through good and bad times, they are the real deal, the 90,s were a great decade for me as a teen 💯❤

A band should be together because they belong together. At the time in the 90s, they belonged together ....It's sad, but times change, and people change. I'd rather see Liam do his stuff solo than some awkward reunion with Noel.

As a yank in college during the 90's, every kegger on campus played Oasis on heavy rotation. They were my generations version of the Rat Pack blended with the Brat Pack. It must be time for the original band mates to forego any ill will and bring the fans what we want, what we crave, what we demand before we all die. Get the band back on the road boys. If you listen to Dave Gahan singing Enjoy The Silence on the record he sings the verses very softly, but watch him singing it live and he absolutely belts the verses, professional singers know that in the studio and live two different styles of singing are required
