if u want to read this, see it like an advice if u want to grow. i don't necessary agree with u about what u said about sepia but i respect your oppinion, i know it must have been hard for u. but i think the reason of his success it's because of the characters he talked about in his beggining career, especially "zaki catalonya". that guy was forgoten yet everyone remembers him & curious (remember that word, curious) because it's like a mystery who is this guy, everyone knew him just from clip of didine. and sepia was the first person to do like a "documentary" on him. you didn't do a video about "zaki catalonya" so u can't call it he copied from u. & the people u talked about, like no one really is curious to know who are they, like everyone knows who is mourad oudia already, and that girl u did video on her (u didn't give infos, so it wasn't helpful for the viewer, u did only jokes on her while if someone didn't even know her won't get them) that's my first point. i think u should feed curiosity of people. second point, u should try focus more on the content u wanna make rather than the other youtubers and communities. it's okay to steal winning ideas from others as long u make it good or better than them, i know u won't agree with this but that's what sepia did with ur content, first ur content was only in english so sepia targeted more ppl by speaking darja (so at this point he has made ur idea better in scale of reacheability). also sepia is an easy going person and ppl like someone who they can relate to. ur vibe of being so seriouse and hating on sepia will just make it worse for u, try live peacefully with urself and environment and if an idea doesn't work try another :p i know u may not like what i said, but i just wanted to help u see my humble objective point of view. wish u all the success hope to see u reach one day 1m subscribers :p (btw if u wanna do english content, why don't u try target directly the international citizens?) & btw great video!
Like i said him stealing was never the main issue, but the results of that is, cuz like i said his fans keeps spreading hate in my comments every single time and I had enough.. He needs to take responsibility for his behaviors it's not hard to influence ur audience to do good things his fan base would literally do anything he asked them too, so why not use that as a way to stop them from attacking other algerian youtubers? Hello Hika after I watched all of your video I want to share few points. I remember seeing your first video along time ago titled who is rania bencroft and at the time I thought cool a nice English speaking channel f dz that delivers decent content and I immediately subed to you, I didnt always watch your videos rather occasionally, I guess you'd say am a typical sub not a super fan ... Few videos of yours pop to mind first being the analysis video of papicha, I enjoyed it. Back then I didn't know much about the movie but when I watched it I gained background and I was able to create my own thought of the movie and not just follow peoples negative opinions of it online without even knowing about it. I remember once you made a tier list of Algerian youtubes and came by oum Walid channel and made a joke about it and I remember thinking oh well another kitchen joke as if not every other guy makes one every 2 seconds how original ( don't think I'm sensitive or anything it's just I didn't appreciate the placement of the joke ... How ironic me using placement now) my thought doesn't make you or your humor or even your video bad it's just an impression MY impression and I didn't like that part ... This doesn't make your hours making that video not worth it or even your talent denied. It's my right to have an opinion as you know your videos are free for everyone to access. Ofc I won't be incredibly mean, we should have manners right? My thought doesn't degrade you as a person nor make you a bad one it's just an impression of a random few seconds I saw of a RUclips video made by an Algerian guy... This story kind of aligns with you and sepia. just because yall had beef of some sort doesnt make one of you completely bad. theres a side to every story you have yours and he has his own but it shouldn't get to the point of tearing him in a video and saying whether you know him in social media or irl he's a bad person...That's quite wrong. I could see the discomfort of you getting drowned with comments saying your a wannabe. I guess we don't really understand what content creation really is as watchers, as fans me being one of them. "someone does a genre and becomes entitled to it" . Sepia doesn't own anything neither do you, what you own is your mind and ideas. Maybe one step to make this better is to make people who follow content really understand the core of it, not just comment irrelevant stuff like wannabe and balabla lite. Another idea about copying. Since yall are very updated to events that you later include in your videos just because you or him did a video about an event doesn't mean someone copied the other. it's your coverage of that situation. I happen to know sepia in person, I don't support you degrading him like this. Your conversation with him or confront or whatever you call it doesn't mean he has bad influence on people in his life. I stand by him and think he's a chill genuine guy, a very talented one also. Hey!, Since u took alot of time of your day to write this down then Imma do the same and reply to you, For the first part i appreciate you watching most of my vids specially the first ones and for the tier list oum Walid joke lol I honestly had to rewatch it just remember what I said, you are right that was a dumb joke xD I didn't take content creation seriously back in the days I was literally recording the audio with my phone, nonetheless I have no excuses for that silly joke srry that it offended u. now I never said this dude is a bad person to everyone.but With my experience I came to a conclusion that he is not smn I can trust or respect and i didn't say it cuz of one thing, but rather many factors that piled up for the past two years and i ain't the only person who agrees with that, there are alot of people and content creators and even close friends who came and vented the same things to me. I tried to keep it not personal for two years and I still think my vid was reasonable for the amount of damage I suffered this whole time,I brought some points that are valid such as : 1-I don't personally like his content which stays subjective that's why I never really talked about it in this vid. 2-his bad influence on his fan base and how he doesn't post a single thing to advise them to stop harassing other youtubers despite him being aware of it he actually does the opposite. (which was the main reason I made this vid). I mean only a good person does that right lol. 2- I brought up other youtubers including his friend "Lamine" who I knew from the gate go that he likes sepia and he is a fan of him but I still wanted his honest opinion and his perspective about the topic since I'm not here trying to sell lies or make people believe false claims, that was never intentions nor the point of this video. 3-him copying my shit than saying I'm a person that is not creative.. And that just contradicts him in so many levels ,he is allowed to have an opinion on me I don't mind but don't post bs like that when u have a toxic fanbase it will result of them harassing me again ,but again he couldn't care less right? I guess he is a good person isn't he lol. Also you are totally right usually there's two sides of every story and I expressed mine privately to him which didn't work out, then I was forced to do it publicly hooping he can realize how wrong he is. The way I see it, there's only one side of this story and it's out, other than that he is free to share his side which I doubt he will ever do so, for the obvious reasons cuz he is wrong.
