    Went with the Fuma 2 Rev B to go with my 5900x.
    I was worried at first. There is so much talk out there about how Zen 3 can get real hot real fast... even though that's just how it's supposed to be or whatever.
    Nah. My 5900x w/ Fuma 2 Rev B runs cooler in every imaginable scenario than my 3600 w/ Hyper 212 Evo did. All while pulling double the watts.
    I couldn't recommend the Fuma 2 enough to anyone wondering about it. Absolutely amazing heatsink. It was also the easiest heatsink I've ever installed since it uses the factory AM4 backplate (unlike my previous Hyper 212 Evo).

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  2 года назад +1

      Hello JustAGuy, welcome back and you are absolutely right. this heatsink does an amazing job.. it's proven as I have tested it.. then unique fin stack made it possible to bring down the temperature but need to pair it with a good static pressure fan to give it's fullest potentiall. illustrated here ruclips.net/video/d2rDgQtX1OM/видео.html

    I think I put the space with the rubber end facing upwards, is that an issue? I looked at the pictures in the instrutions and thought that was the way it was supposed to go. Also how do you know your retention screws are tight enough? Do you go until it doesn't turn anymore?

    • @KleoYan
      @KleoYan  2 года назад

      Hello DaLeadBull, welcome to my channel. As mentioned, if you are using intel processor, the spacer with the rubber is facing down. If it’s AM4, then the rubber will be facing upwards. As for retention, I have tried two methods but to get the best result is to screw the retention where it stops. You will need to screw down in alternate manner so to get balance pressure.

    how does it work with the backplate? Dont CPU sockets usually have like metal parts on the other side of the board so thats why the backplate usually has a cut out middle part? How would that work with a full metal backplate? Unfortunately not shown in video.
