    I'm sure they flushed that #67 every week, like the yellow tag says .

      Yes, I think they did. More or less.
      The M&M #67 is still a pos, no matter how many times you flush it.

    Gordon when did steam heat cease to be installed in new buildings?, most properties you work on are 100 or so years old?

      @@dannywilkins887 Tongue-in-cheek, I'd say steam in residential buildings stopped being installed Monday December 8, 1941.
