The Lion is Stevens pet who used to belong to him mom
The Hand is a space ship belonging to a colony in space
It’s also referencing a episode from Steven universe
The watermelon is a result of stevens power he can pretty much made it come alive
Spear belongs to a character from Steven Universe

To answer your question. Even though it probably doesn't matter now. Spinel is a powerful Steven universe character. When she first appears. She was able to take on all four of crystal gems at once. She is able to manipulate her limbs, making her completely flexible. And her scythe, The Gem Rejuvenator is a deadly weapon. Any gem that's cut by her scythe will poof and once they reform they lose all memories they had before they were cut by it. She didn't really use this until the end of her fight with the crystal gems. But she is a very strong gem. She even managed to hit Steven with her weapon multiple times. But since he is only a half gem, he was unable to poof, but the Rejuvenator greatly weakened his powers to a point where he could hardly use them. So overall, Spinel is pretty tough. Fortunately, at the end. Steven was able to make her realize the wrong in her ways and was able to become a gem that fights for good instead of evil.

In Steven Universe, you are as strong as how you were created. Although Spinel doesnt have any actual powers regarding strength, her and along with the gems as a race have the ability to shapeshift or distort any part of their "body" since their body technically isn't physical.
The weapon in her hands are strictly for gems that were "out of order", since they praise and worship a higher class of the gem race called Diamonds. The scythe has the ability to reset any and all gems to their original state, erasing every part of their memory
To answer your question, Spinel isnt overpowered, but her weapon is
The hand in the background is one of the four vehicles used by the Diamonds to travel the universe, and only can be used by Diamonds. Later in the show it was shown that Steven is part royalty, being his mother was a Diamond but wasnt able to take human form when she birthed Steven. Rose Quartz actual name was Pink Diamond, but she didnt necessarilly like her life as that, so she faked her death and live her life on earth with her human husband Gregory "Greg" Universe....until she birthed Steven.
If the Devs ever put Pink Steven in his week , then Steven will definitely be the OP one. Plus I loved that they added his soundboard of “Here We Are in the Future “ and “ I Can Make A Change”.

The only difference between spinel and the gems power to stretch themselves out is,spinel's natural ability is to distort herself,the gems on the other hand have to concentrate to do that,in which the part of their body the want to distort glows and they have to cancel it, amethyst shape shifts alot but spinel can just shapeshift at will,just like Jake's ability for more understanding you have to know the difference's between Jake's ability and spinel's and how they are alike.
To answer your question, Spinel's scythe basically one shots all gems except Steven because Steven is half-human. Spinel also stretches her body like a rubber hose cartoon and is an overall menace in the movie. So yeah she's pretty strong.

Well, just so u know, Spinnel first appears in the Steven Universe Movie. And tbh, it’s not that she’s strong, it’s that her scythe was a problem. That scythe had an effect on Gems that erased memories. Though it wasn’t vital since reminding them of who they were was a trigger for returning em to their present day selves.
She also just used her stretch and shmacked them up at the start of the movie

I've seen a comment that went into more of an explanation about this, but the weapon that Spinel has can reset the memories of a gem that gets hit by it. It's also called the Rejuvenater.
It also resets the gem to what they were when they were first made. No memories and as for Amethyst, her speech was reset

Spinel does not know if she is "strong", I think the fact of her agility, fast and constant change of form makes her powerful. What I love most about spinel that she was created as a harmless gem and only for Entertaining her diamond (gems are created with a purpose and that is what they are forever) in this case she was so damaged that she literally exploded herself to return to her other form And get revenge.
