Despite a small set of only four songs. The best band in the World hopefully would have won over many more fans from the US and back home in Japan. Plus many more female fans who packed the audience.
Except the one girl somewhere behind the camera who won’t stop talking 😂. My rule of thumb - if people can have a conversation at normal volume, the band isn’t loud enough…🤷🏻♂️😂
MISA's thundering bass always puts a big smile on my face when I hear her play. I was looking for Akane at the back, until I realised she was to the side of the stage. I hope more people became Maidiacs after hearing them play. Is it just me who shouts "we have come to win" every time I hear No God 😄
4 songs is a really short set. but I am also the person that will get home and sit in my car until the song is over.... my neighbors get to listen to Band-Maid as well.
Yes thank you very much for putting this up for all of us. It's a clear act of selflessness and love for the band, the rest of us in the Fandom, and your desire to expand the fan base FOR the Maids and TO the benefit of other people who maybe still don't know what Band Maid even is.
It is fitting having these current Rock Star Maidens on the same bill as The Last Rock Stars. Let's hope they receive some recognition for the Rock Stars they actually are!
@@Kissthetoad321 I wouldn't call them "old"...maybe Estalished, Experienced... Chiselled From The Sacred Quarry Of The Rock Gods...or just fricken Great 👍
Thanks for posting this. Looks like the stage security on the left was rocking with the maids for the whole set! Hopefully, he wasn't the only new fan they got that night.
Sounds pretty solid, and this is the opening act👍. Probably the most females they had in a concert !! Even some mandarin speaking ladies in the background at the start. Hope B-M dominated some of the new audience 💥
I went to several RUSH concerts in the 70s and can only remember ONE opening band but even their name escapes me now (the one who collaborated with Rush on "Battlescar"). If I had been exposed to an "opening act as talented as these Ladies, I would have become an Instant Fan, possibly abandoning the 'Prime Act' for these "World Domineering Women".
Only 4 songs seems like a tragedy to spend all that time setting up. You'd think at least 7 songs. Oh well. I'd still pay and stand in line to see them for four songs.
Damn it, that was good. Great job Wil recording. This creates a dilemma for LA. I was going to try and center up for Sai-chan but Achi and MISA right next to each other? Ooo, tough choice.🤔
Yeah, I am thinking now, what a great video clip it would be, MISA and Akane side by side, rocking the house! 💥😍🦍🎸 MISA with her new bass, by the way...
I've skimmed through the main act concert someone uploaded. Uninspiring songwriting IMO. Someone who was there commented about boring solo sections etc... Man...there's only one Kanami 😁
thanks for sharing this performance... in certain way, prooud of this maids as they are picked to be the opener for the top musicians from Japan, this definitely put another great milestone for BAND-MAID 🤘🖤🤍 PS: it seems the lighting operators couldn't understand well how to put the spotlight during the song to enhance the audience's experience in enjoying these maids' performances. 😕
Someone has uploaded the main act concert. I skimmed through and the songs seemed lacklustre compared to the Maid's. Someone there commented it had long boring solos.
The blue guy that facing the crowd under Akane, I guess he is a bouncer... is it common for them to move his body with the music and do little hang bang non stop ?
In other U.S. tour videos, the security are disciplined and stand still. You see some of their eyes swivelling...ears pricking up so to speak. Also saw one turning for a peek at MISA slapping dat bass...oh yes! 😁
I don’t know the reasoning for 20 min. set , they must have some reason. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen an opening act with such a short time limit. TLR isn’t intimidated by them considering their large following. It is still a compliment for BM to open for them and give them even more visibility to people unaware of them. One video,”Thrill” kicked off their popularity and they can only increase their fan base.
Back when I was working security for a local club, there were many times where a signed band would have a few local bands opening for them. The local bands were allowed to perform 3-5 songs normally, but usually no more than 20 minutes with the need to get their equipment and instruments off the stage for the headliner. Granted depending on the band, the local band could get more time. I remember when I was still a teenager Foghat once had Faustus open for them and they let Faustus do a 45 minute set and the guys from Faustus sat in for the first few songs by Foghat and joined them for the encore. But this was the early 80's
Hey Kevin I won't lie I sort of agree with you but honestly dude I told other fans in my comment sections that I was going to wait till 2023 to see Band Maid due to my living in SW Florida and them not coming here on the recent tour, and I was highly optimistic that it would all work out and they would play Florida this year cause I KNEW there was no fucking way this band could not end up more popular with all the traction they have gained and how outstanding they are live, and I already got my tickets to see them in May in Daytona Beach!
Great idea to introduce the band to a predominantly female audience. In my opinion they should have played "from now on" to show that they are not kidding. This T.L.R tour seems to me to be a probe of the American market, and it also seems to me that Band-Maid and Nemophila will be part of the spearhead of an offensive to gain market in the USA. The last great band to come out there was S.O.D, and the rest are just old potbellies who can't even stand up. The door is open.
Ladies and gentlemen here comes the best band in the world today, Band-Maid
Absolutely 👍👍🍻
TLRS: "Hey, this is our concert".🤣
MISA, MISA, MISA, MISA! She never misses a note! Super solid! And then there is Akane!
Hopefully they won a lot of new fans.

It was great to see the Maids so soon after their NY and NJ shows. The Last Rock Stars put on a great show.
They work hard to give us their music so i think we should do our part to recognized

Good on you Madiacs, great to see you supporting our girls so well PO!
SAIKI sounded great from the first note.
our fave band humbly making the most of such a golden opportunity.
Just think, for most of those people it was probably the first time they have ever heard Domination. What a great way to start.
I was happy to be there!
No matter what, these Rock Goddesses deliver 100 percent everytime, just amazing, viva the Maids Po 👍
Mincho has lots of energy tonight, zPo!
"America invented rock, England improved rock, and Japan perfected rock," said a rock fan. I think "Bando Maid" is currently at the top of rock.
