I used to eat like this and it's really nice, but take care of yourselves guys. I ended up having GERD, and now I can only eat 2-4 tablespoons of rice per meal in almost a month. I feel like I'm slowly recovering but it's nowhere near 100% recovery.
I really appreciate this piece of advice. Hope you reach your full recovery
