These are truly the best models from Miele the W9xx series. I have the W929 which is nearly the same as yours but with a display and dial backlight and 1550 rpm 🙂
For me W906. However one of the pegs on the dial shaft recently broke so it's operating faceless at the moment, and I accidentally probably broke one of the wires to the lower dial light when the program control board fell from the front panel while still connected(nothing else was damaged at all) as I was about to re-screw it back on.
I’d say it reached about 1500 and then it slowed down a little during the spin to 1450. But I don’t mind it going faster😂 The motor can easily handle that as it’s the same one as on the 1600rpm models

@@mr_washer The bulbs on mine were also broken so I got some new ones from Ebay very cheap, looks so much better 👍🏼

That final spin reaches more than 1500 by the sound of it, nearly 1600
