Natalie Imbruglia was the first and only woman on TV, that I had a serious crush on as a teenager in the mid 90´s. I remember recording on VHS tape a late night show (Harald Schnmidt) on which she was interviewed and I kept watching that tape over and over again while feeling that innocent love flooding my system 🥰 Aahhhh, these were the good old days of my youth 🙃 Thanks for sweetening them up, Natalie 💘🌸 🌺

Like many of us, I've loved Natalie's music since the 90's and was curious what it would be like to connect and talk with her. As you'd hope with those you look up to, she was wonderful, bright, engaging and kind. Also, her new album FIREBIRD is amazing. Welcome to The Icons, Natalie!

One word, Amazing! Sexy, Beautiful, Talented. Would give anything to be her guy. That's more than one word. But you can't summarize Natalie in one word. That's impossible. Would give Anything! to be that guy she comes home to at the end of the night. Natalie is what dreams are made of. No one can ever compare to her. Just isn't possible. And, it will never be possible. Don't even try. You will lose that argument, every time. If there was ever an angel on this planet, Natalie is her. Say what you will. If you disagree, you are wrong. No one can compare. That's just the truth. You are deceiving yourself, if you think otherwise. The most amazing woman ever born. Nothing else to say.

The call to return Australia to its traditional owners, the Aboriginal people, and to release it from British and Irish influence is a significant one. During the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, being white and British in Australia was seen as advantageous, while other Australians were often overlooked. From 1788 until World War II, most settlers and immigrants were from the British Isles, mainly England, Ireland, and Scotland. In Australia, those of English descent, who identify as Anglo-Australians with Anglo-Celtic convict ancestry, have historically felt a sense of ownership over the land. The unrestricted entry of English citizens into Australia has perpetuated the influence of English heritage, including the British common law legal system and the English language. However, this British influence is seen by some as unrelated to traditional Australian culture and laws. The British and Irish flags are viewed by some as symbols of oppression. Ethnic groups such as Anglo-Celtic Australians, Scottish Australians, Irish Australians, Welsh Australians, and Cornish Australians are part of Australia's diverse heritage.

I still find it hard to believe she was married to Daniel johns. Yes he was very attractive but he became a freak in terms of looks. He never spoke about her in interviews or showed any videos with them together. I think he didn’t love her like she loved him and that’s probably why they divorced. She wanted kids and he did not, such a shame too. He’s still sputtering around doing weird music

@@shaunhoward3166 Success doesn't measure quality. Natalie has always stepped away when things got big. She never wanted to do bubblegum pop and sell her soul or her image for money. For me she is the only soap actor going into music that has a legitimate talent and cool taste. She has a much stronger clearer voice than Kylie. She is amazing live and doesn't need male dancers or routines.

Firebird for the past 10 months has been a complete staple in my home. Firebird is just the most beautiful song. Everyone of is trying to get home to somewhere, some time, someone or themselves. "I always fly home" it just resonates. A longing. A deep sense of needing to be home. The winter months with this album were incredible. The upbeat songs having all of us come through lockdown, restrictions and such a changed way of life. "When it all falls down we gotta build it better" Us humans have a spirit that nothing can break. This song and the upbeat songs relay that. Everything is going to be ok, better than ok. 🌸🌼🌻⚘🏵🥀🌸⚘🌷 Thank You Natalie. We love you. X

The words and the meanings have to touch the heart and the soul.

Dude music industry and opportunity before the web and iPhones and RUclips were totally different in her time. It’s not about opportunity that’s everywhere. It’s the other ingredients that are gone due to technology and so much has been created there’s nothing left to create really. It’s not a cop out. It’s just an artist is really left to their self. Music was a way of life and the only way to get it was to actually see someone live. This Brittany spears and Taylor swift era has killed all of that and thnks to voice enhancement and auto tune you don’t an artist. The machine needs a face. Sad time to be an artist
