I have listened to this interview almost 3 times, and i have to say. I respect AJP Madondo. His experience and his day to day strides to improve the judiciary in his level is staggeringly high.
I must say there is indeed no need for the commission to take this opportunity from him. He must be afforded the opportunity as he deserves it. Do not all do this thing of fly woman just because they are woman. Its is wrong in every way.

Wow what an interview. Judge Modondo is really fighting for change in the judiciary system. I hope he can be offered the opportunity to do so.

I think this commission was very unfair towards Madondo. They all focused on coercing him to give up the post. But he did very well.
