@@hussanulmaab872 My problem came I think from the fact when I had installed it, one moment during the installation I cancelled and I resumed it and I think that's made directories corrupted, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version, but when I uninstalled I did with ccleaner to delete everything even the registre, environment variables and everything related to anaconda, conda and python, i reinstalled the last anaconda nav with the settings recommended by the installation tool, and it worked perfectly, clean and simple, now navigator works very well and i'm happy i don't have anymore to use smthing like command prompt etc (i deleted ccleaner right after use)
@@bxcks6220 Funny that I don't really use anaconda much. I get it that it's easier to manage libraries but I still just prefer the IDLE and pip install :D

Maybe you didn't have python installed correctly. Sounds like you probably didn't add python install folder to PATH.
