As someone from Carrickfergus, I grew up spending a lot of my time in the city centre. I've lived in the USA for 9 years now, and this gives me a nice little taste of home when I can't get back over, thanks for doing this!
@@Deranged316Agreed. Went there last year (been before in 2017) and the back streets and lanes were filled with rubbish, old mattresses, takeaway junk etc. Belfast had changed a lot in 6 years...for the worse. Not sure I'll be rushing back anytime soon.
@@klawlor3659 yea it’s kinda depressing, I don’t live there I live in Tyrone but my granny would tell stories of her going to Belfast for day trips as a child and teenager in the 50s and early 60s before the troubles and it sounded so vibrant. The troubles ruined Belfast and it’s still not fully recovered
I enjoyed this video very much 👍👏😊❤️🇺🇸
I left in 1971, still miss it. ☘
I love the hum and buzz of city life. Native NYker here born and raised in the South Bronx.

Looks so much cleaner than UK cities but the graffiti is everywhere now
He just didn’t show the bad parts, there are areas of Belfast city centre that are basically in ruins
