Great video! I'm going in two weeks! You should not stay back when descending because if you hit something or hit a drop, you will go OTB. In my experience, it is best to maintain an attack position and do the row anti-row technique when needed. I hope he is okay, and keep it up!

We'll have to look up that technique! All my mtb advice is 30 years old - we are definitely adapting to the new bikes - getting faster everyday!
