I believe they used a actual ladder and maybe put glass on the bottom to make it as if it were on a 10 story building. I also believe that they may have also used a harness as well
I know this is irrelevant now but how they did it was there was a glass layer underneath the ladder and for safety was wearing a harness then even though she was 2stories high there was a green screen below

It was on a real building as you could tell but if you look closely she had a wire connected to her so she couldn't fall
There was also a Plexiglas on the ladder so there were no holes :)
