Krav Maga - Stick Defense against Baseball Bat or Horizontal Swing (3 Shoulder Position Details)

In this Krav Maga Student Section video we go over three shoulder position details while performing the Stick Defense against a Baseball Bat Swing - Horizontal Swing (Level 4 technique).
Proper utilization of the shoulders is often neglected by students when they first learn this stick defense. This video demonstrates and explains the following three sections of the defense where correct use of the shoulders is important:
1. The beginning of the defense to maximize protection.
2. On the control of the weapon to increase strength and the elbow strike to increase power.
3. On the disarm or takeaway to keep an eye on our attacker and not expose our back.
