D.I.Y CLAY FINGERBOARD OBSTACLES!

- Today I try to make some fingerboard obstacles out of clay! More specifically modelling clay from the craft store!
The goal is to make a brick quarter-pipe, parking curb and a bunch of mini bricks that I can use for coping or anything that involves mini bricks hahah!

i was bored and needed a video to watch so thanks
This suddenly reminded me that maybe 20 years ago I picked up a toy construction system at a vintage/thrift store. Tiny bricks about the size of the Blackriver ones, plus tiny packets of cement powder. Add water to the poweder... build tiny buildings. Perfect for fingerboarding. Wish I could remember the name! Might be a way to affordably build solid, consitant brick items. Might have to raid my parents' attic next time I'm there.
In case it helps any other fingerboard obstacle DIYers... I found the my pile of miniature construction bricks in my parents' attic, and these are great in size and material for fingerboarding obstacles... maybe a bit bigger than the Blackriver ones, but certainly a good size.The brand is 'Brickplayer' - a toy construction system that was made from about 1938 until a point after 1959. Pretty cheap on ebay. The packs of miniture real (terracotta) bricks come with little bags of 'cement powder' to mix up so you can actually cement the bricks together into various constructions. Then soak constructions in water for a while if you do need to separate them.
My 1940s set is long out of cement (at about 80 years old, that's fair enough!), but I found out the cement powder is actually a mixture of flour and chalk. Will try and make my own (or just use glue) and get building something.
