I have a 6.2 and 40 liters and it paddles like a mid length. It really allow me to catch waves earlier than typical shortboard. Did you get the same experience. Very nice video!
Right now I’d say the tiger. When I only rode one board 99% of the time, the seaside was the best board I had ever ridden. But when you switch between boards it’s such a different type of board that getting back to using such a short, light board took a full surf or two. I can switch between the tiger and my performance boards without much hassle. The white tiger is also just easier to paddle, catch waves and can get almost as loose as the seaside when I ride it as a quad. Also in larger surf it holds firm where as the seaside starts to bounce on the surface when it gets overhead.
Cool Which is easier to paddle and which has more speed on the wave? I was about to buy a seaside, but now that I saw your review and talked to some friends, I decided to get the Pyzel RT. I'm migrating from a funboard and I want an easy surfboard, that allows me to catch many waves with easy paddling.@@surfwithsebchadwick
The tiger is way easier to paddle but has a few extra litres. They are both really fast boards but the tiger feels way more stable in bigger surf. Hard to find an easy paddler when buying a performance board, but if it’s all you surf then you get used to it quickly.
aww, uncrowded Currumbin... rare beast to spot :)
Hey Seb are you still enjoying the board?
Ripping brother. That board looks good under your feet for sure.
Cheers mate, oh it’s a fun board in these types of conditions.
How much do you weigh and what’s your skill level? Feel like 5’8 was the right size? Stuck between two sizes
Love the one with great sunset view!
I just got a white tiger for mushy small waves. what kinda fins you like? Raked? Or pivot?
