It's great to see a show like Ewan Mitchell has potential as he stars in one of the most famous characters, especially how he can make a connection with Vhagar, the biggest and oldest dragon that existed at the time. Vhagar was perhaps the most formidable creature in the world and was of great value.❤❤❤

I will always be team Aemond in this. He did not deserve to get berated and traumatized through his childhood. It was heartbreaking seeing him lose his eye in such a brutal fashion.

Aemond provoked and escalated said fight. He was even the first one to hit with a weapon. Did Luke do bad by cutting Aemond's eye, sure. But was he wrong when he was only defending his brother? Aemond is the one who's mostly responsible for his own eye getting stabbed. And as for the 'lies', just coz their society treats offsprings out of wedlock as socially inferior, doesn't mean it's right. Aemond was intentionally trying to hurt and provoke to get a rise out of his nephews, something they never did when they teased him. He is the epitome of a bully here.
Also, was Daemon butthurt over his late wife's dragon being claimed by Aemond before his own daughter got a chance to do it? No, coz he definitely was satisfied with Aemond's answer. That his eye was payment for the dragon.
@@happilyevernever4289 even that it's true, Jace and Luke did wrong about making fun of him for not have a dragon, i can undestand that Baela and Rhaena were angry at him for have take vhagar, and i can undestand why Aemond became like that, in fact if Viserys and everyone else around him were better for him maybe he and Aegon would have become better boys, that's the cool thing about GM's universe, everyone did bad things, someone did worse stuff, but everyone did wrong stuff, like what Viserys did to aemma for have a male son, they're all realistic characters and nobody is perfect

for one, aemond never got berated or bullied. He was teased. That was the extent of it, nothing more. Also, you would know that Aegon his own brother started the stupid prank. Aegon was the eldest and put Luke and Jace, who were even younger than Aemond himself, upto to it. So quite a high expectation you have there on the lil kids who didn't even hit double digits to know better than the ones that did. But compared to Aegon and Aemond, Luke and Jace definately knew better. They never ever started fights or hurled abuse at family members. Maybe coz they don't have a mother who taught them to look down upon their nephews and encouraged them to plot against their sister who was chosen as heir. I don't understand why you would blame Viserys when he always tried to make sure all the boys bonded by watching over them whenever he could. That's more than enough I would expect from a dying man.
Aemond was pushed to the extreme of risking his life repeatedly for a dragon. Jace only pulled the knife when called a bastard. Had nothing to do with defense. If anyone was defending themselves it was aemond who had been jumped 4 on 1. The fact that he never got justice is why luc died. 100% vicerys fault

I wonder if Aemond has a strong pedigree wife because she resembles his nephew. This made Aemond love Alice so much that she didn't want to lose her like his nephew.
