( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

Hi everyone! What about one for a couple who just had a baby and the mum’s sister lives with them and she’s kinda just third wheeling and the parents want her to move out? it could even work as an apartment idea 💜

you should try to build a house for all the occults where they live as roommates. so there's an alien, vampire, mermaid and spellcaster
The alien is trying to lean how to pass as a human but immitates their roommates behaviors, the vampire is really old and has no fricking idea of how to socialize cuz its been decades, the spellcaster is chaos in a cute body and likes pastels (and watch the World burn). The mermaid is the only actual adult of all of them.

I think you should do a plant enthusiast next! I think it's one of my favorite things when I walk into someone's house and they have plants everywhere it's just a peaceful environment
This house makes me want to play with sims that would fit in the storyline you gave. That doesn’t happen often but I’m just feelin it.

Maybe their parents are super rich, like the Landgrabs, and didn't support their son's aspiration to be an artist and their daughter's to be a soccer playing body builder? So they moved out to Oasis Springs where the brother loves to paint desert landscapes and the sister goes for jogs around the dunes! Just an idea Haha! Half the fun on the sims is the storylines 💙 LOVING this series btw! Can't wait for more 😁

Soooo cute! It got weird for me as I watched this because it reminds me of my cousin who had to adopt his little sister! He was living in New York and when he got her, they moved to New Mexico and got a home. He is also an artist! So this was weird. I'll show this to him lmao
You should build bigger homes, like a family home, that isn’t furnished. Like the starter homes but there family homes. Just a thought. Love your save file though!

Design Challenge/suggestion: Can you please design a one story modern ranchstyle home or a open room concept apartment that is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom? On suite master bedroom and jack and jill bathroom in between 2 spacious bedrooms. Walls and furniture with gray/white throughout with gold/silver accents. For a family of 4. A stay at home mom who who loves makeup and fashion. A dad who is athletic and loves to workout. 2 daughters. Teenager is a genius/nerdy who is into coding/electronics/gaming. Elementary child that is free spirited who loves animals and inspires to be a vet, loves to draw and paint. Some room for pets.. I have tried to find a house like that but they mostly are two story homes. Please and thank you! I love your videos and how you develop storylines and character to your homes. Amazing job!

I think the newcrest house would be cute for somebody who just graduated college and is just starting out as a teacher looking to settle down in newcrest and a old friend who has is a little more out there that has fallen on hard times so the teacher has taken them in and allowed them to stay in the attic.
Btw I loved the overview of the starter houses and would love to see this to aaaall houses and lots in your save file
Hey I have a weird build idea - could you make a house for a teen single dad?
Like I have a story where my teen and his girlfriend were dealing with a teen pregnancy and their parents were not happy about it. So the girlfriend wanted to give the child up for adoption to stay at her home but then the teen dad took the child instead - left his parents home and moved away to raise the toddler himself. - love your videos and hope your doing well ^^

Kind of weird/controversial idea for what happened to their parents- maybe the sister got kicked out of the house either for her behavior or for being LGBT? And her brother has always been really close to her and he accepts her so he let her live with him. Idk, just a concept
I like the second idea. It, as unfortunate as it is, is a pretty realistic concept, and my girlfriend (she's bisexual) may soon be in a very similar situation so it hits close for us.

You should do like a single teen mom with twins (that would be helpful for me LOL) and her house is like crazy cluttered and messy because she's trying to juggle high school, graduating early, and having twin toddlers (or infants, or even kids, you can choose) and like, her boyfriend lived with her but then he just suddenly ran off with ANOTHER girl he got pregnant, and left all his stuff, and she's like... not touched it, moved it, or gotten rid of any of it because she's sort of stuck in the past. Sorry... this is legit a storyline I have and I've been trying to build my Sim a house, and I'm terrible at building soooooooo

Hey just wanted to give you a heads up. I downloaded this lot into your save file to use and my sim was unable to use the fridge. I had to alt move it into the wall just a smidge and it worked great. You may want to fix that for your next update to your save file.
