So... trying to figure out the ending -- did he survive from the so-called treatment he mentioned before and lived - to marry the main FL then?? - Like he disappear/went abroad for a long period of time and they met again in the future -- I feel like the ending was really hastily done - or parts of the drama has been cut out - cause the ending doesn't completely make sense to me -- I'm glad it's a happy ending - but somewhat a huge time jump or something and they got together - for real or was it her imagination?!? Not sure about it.
