@@babbisp1I'm really sorry for responding late. You actually don't have to finish the game to get menu change. You just need to have a save file that has all 85 Beacons Opened regardless if you finish the game or not.
Just wondering, what is with those random moments where the game randomly pushes you to your doom? Is your disc all scratched up or something?
I’m wondering if that’s only an issue when emulating the game. Because the same thing was happening to a streamer who was emulating it.

@@leftindarkness870 That only happens on the Stable version of PCSX2. The nightly build fixes those issues.

So if you finish the main story (aka reach the credits) but so WITHOUT doing all 85 beacons, the menu won't change?
