After a busy day at work, I appreciate returning to my small studio apartment, where I can unwind and be alone with my thoughts. Fortunately, I live alone. Although it can get lonely at times, I truly value the solitude, especially when I need some peace and quiet.
After work, I spend a few minutes cleaning my apartment, ensuring it stays tidy and clutter-free throughout the week, rather than doing one big clean every week or so.
For dinner, I aim to keep it simple by cooking easy and healthy recipes that have only a few key ingredients. Therefore, keeping my meals simple is important to me. Fortunately, I recently bought an air fryer, which I used in this video for the first time. It has really helped elevate my cooking game, allowing me to make roast meat and veggies more easily than using the oven.
