Patience and be kind to yourself and remember to have compassion for the other party😉💛 it’s not easy as our ego self and emotional pain body push through as they have done our whole lives so it does take some awareness and perseverance xx it helps to place your hand on your heart a lot and to get used to doing that and to return to your heart , it places our focus there instead of the mind.
