  • This video combines a few exercises that we commonly prescribe in the office. They serve as a good entry point to proper core stability. When done correctly, there should be no pain and be somewhat difficult. The key is to maintain breathing while activating the core and keeping the lower back FLAT. These exercises can be done even during a low back pain episode.
