The owner COULD sell his mansion to PAY his employees. You know downsize. If you can't PAY your employees you certainly don't need to be living in a mansion.

No to the woman manager. You don't make catering orders for CUSTOMERS when EMPLOYEES have not been paid FIRST. If the customer has already paid for their catering order then let them feel what the employees feel. They didn't just figure out today they couldn't pay their employees. No they let them keep working getting everything they could out of them before oops we can't pay you. There should be no customers until their employees are PAID. No customer should be fine with getting their catering order or ANY order from a restaurant who has employees not being paid. Take your business elsewhere and let the owner know WHY.
