Great trip report! Liked and subscribed. Love your engine view. Do you know why there's smoke when the engines started? The first time I saw that happened, I just thought my plane got a problem with the engines

It happens when there is excess oil that has pooled in the engines while they sit. It’s pretty common on the 757/767 series
