It’s amazing the benefits of living a simple life appreciating all life forms around you. It can only be truly appreciated with a positive attitude. So many people just don’t take the time to stop and look around them at beautiful Mother Earth. I would love to try a black sapote fruit. We don’t get it in London.
The reason perhaps is because since the idea of “progress” came to humanity people became more individualistic and materialistic that we take for granted our environment, our forest, mountains, the sea, the air we breath and our planet Earth.
I always enjoy watching you girls working with your animals, the landscape and you two are so perfect, your natural looks, your energy and your body's are perfect, I can see the food you eat helps in your joy of life. Thank you to my Granola Gals. It's been a real rough week for me, finding out my career as a nature photographer may be over due to too much damage to my ankles from breaking them over 14 times. The arthritis from it all is so bad now, not even surgical reconstruction can help. But watching you lovely ladies did bring joy to my heart in all this darkness.
