Loved this! Girls Aloud were such a big part of my childhood/teens and Sarah was such a force of nature live. I think she was so loved by fans not just because of her big personality and energy, but also because she always showed a vulnerable side which I think comes with being unapologetically yourself. She will definitely be missed 💔

I'm a giant GA fan, and if I'm being honest, they're the reason I found your channel, Georgina. GA's records soundtracked the joyful times in my twenties (which is interesting, as I'm in the States where they are almost 100% unknown), and mid-pandemic, their music/videos/performances came through when I needed a pick-me-up. Before I knew it, I was obsessed all over again, but then finding out that Sarah Harding was not long for this world was a bit crushing, knowing I'd never get to see the Complete Girls Aloud on stage again... Nadine and Sarah were always my favorites, but I hope we get to see the surviving Girls together again, paying tribute to their missing bandmate and their rich pop legacy. They were the Crystals/Ronettes of the Aughts, with Xenomania -- never keen to play it safe musically -- in the Spector chair. (I would also accept ABBA as a fair comparison.)

I was born in 1997. So I grew up with alot of girl bands such as The Saturdays, Misteeq, Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Spice Girls, Pussycat Dolls as I got older it was Little Mix , Fifth Harmony, Stooshe.
I realised It's still too soon for me to watch girls Aloud performances. Sarah's loss has hit hard and it's so hard to see her on stage it brings up so many emotions 😔😢

I remember seeing this show in the run up to Xmas 2008. Girls Aloud at this stage of their career where like A-list celebrities here in the UK. It's funny Something Kinda Ooh was their lead single from their 2006's Greatest hits which featured all their singles from their 1st three albums. It was assumed they would break up after this, as they had a good four year run that followed Popstar The Rivals. While their four singles from 2005's Chemistry album made the top 10, there was big hit like Sound of the underground or Love Machine and sales took a dip. Although today their top 4 hit Biology is highly respected and regarded genius the way three songs where put into the one. Something Kinda Ooh gave them awhole new lease of life,
I love this performance and I love Girls Aloud. Sarah was always one of my favorites, she was quite edgy when compared to the other girls and i always thought she was really cool. I wish you reacted to their performance with Kaiser Chiefs, I think it's from the same show.

Sarah was my favourite always . 🙏🏼 I’m glad you posted this…. But It actually that did not show Sarah’s vocals . It was all about Nadine and Cheryl. If Girls aloud get back as Nadine has stated. I think it would be like Boyzone with out Stephen .. Not worth it .
Couldn’t even hear Kimberley or Sarah much in this performance, the trouble is for me is that they never had a chance to sing solo they always sing with Nadine even if it’s one line of the track. It drives me crazy because Kimberley and Sarah are good singers just wished they could shown it more in the band without nadine singing on top of them.
