- I'm very excited about today's video because it includes two of the most important & special people in my life - my mom and sister! ❤️ I've been wanting to do a video with the three of us for a while and finally got the chance to do it while visiting Dallas a few weeks ago. i lost my mum in 2019 and seeing you all having these moments made me quite emotional. when i was younger and couldnt sleep, my mum would always play with my hair or tickle/trace my arms and face to help me fall asleep. i really miss her! lovely video as always katie

i love how this is bringing back memories for a lot of people who moms use to play in there hair or massage them..my mom or dad never did any of those things..so it’s still nice to see a mom do it & i will make sure to make these kind of memories with my 2 kids💗
I never had it done to me either except in school when we would play with hair but I have all boys and I tried and they just look at me like im crazy LOL..I try to scratch their back to get relaxed no go for my little ones LOL..They are little I thought it might be relaxing haha

This is so nostalgic,I remember sitting in front of the telly whilst my mom played with my hair,it was the most relaxing thing ever,she always did it after a bad day at school or she wanted to remind me how loved I was ... this video reminded me of this. Thank you 😊💓

Me and my friends in primary school used to do this in assembly 😂😊 we used to do the guess the letter/number tracing on each other’s backs too 👌🏼

I’m just watching this and crying rivers.. I lost my mom 4 months ago, and it hurts every single day. This so beautiful! Adding your mom to the videos brings me childhood memories when I used to sit on her lap or feet and she’d play with my hair. So relaxing! It was a treat!

I love these videos. It brings back memories of primary school, where we would play with each others hair. It felt so lovely. But, also, with your Mum involved, it brings back memories of my playing with my parents hair when I was small. They are both with the Lord now, so it's lovely to have this memory trigger.
I learned it differently. I’m trying to remember the order but it was something like: “crack an egg on your head and the yolk run down, crack an egg on your head and let the yolk run down. Spiders crawling up your blouse, they bite they bite. Dracula cuts your back in half, blood comes trickling down your back. Right squeeze, light breeze. Do you feel the shivers?”
I remember something like this but the words I know are a little different but I remember all these hand movements there were for it!

When I was much younger, a few of my friends and I would sit like this and style each other's hair + play with it! We all would nearly fall asleep lol. And omg the head scratching on the mom gave me sooo many tingles wow and the skin brushing + hair twisting with the pigtails (I've loved doing that ever since I was little!)

This brings back so many memories because ever since I was little I would never be able to sleep unless I went to Texas and stayed with my favorite person in the world my cousin and she used to play with my hair and scratch my back and that would help me sleep but ever since she passed in 2017 I went back to never being able to sleep until I found your Chanel and you and your sister now help me sleep every night so thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Ive always heard: X marks the spot (you draw and x on their back as you says this) dot line dot line dot dot dot (you draw the things that you say on their back) crack and egg on your head let the yolk drip down let the yolk drip down (you pretend to crack an egg on their head and run your fingers through their hair) spiders crawling up your back they bite you they bite you (your fingers crawl up their back and then you squeeze their shoulders with you fingernails) with a nice tight squeeze (you squeeze their shoulders) and an ice cold breeze (you blow on their back) did you get the shiveries did you get the shiveries (while doing nothing) and then you can start over if you want to. You can also skip the crack and egg on your head part if you want to, ive seen it both ways.
