Then I used the MS Word grade level tool to determine the actual grade level equivalence of his remarks. Trump spoke for 72 minutes...at a 3.9 average grade level....and his followers ate it up. Thanks Stella. Just what I needed for my morning fix! I should note that I pulled a copy of a Trump speech dating from 2018, cleaned it up, and imported it as a MS word document. Then I used the MS Word grade level tool to determine the actual grade level equivalence of his remarks. Trump spoke for 72 minutes...at a 3.9 average grade level....and his followers ate it up. I leave you to your own conclusions!
