JUST A HEADS UP
We tested out lapels for the first time with the show during this recording day There will be some slight static here and there in the video but we want to assure you that this is already being addressed for our next scheduled recording day🙏🏽 Hope yall appreciate the review!
I'm not complaining
Beezy seems excited, so all is well in the neighborhood.
When he starts hitting those high notes you know Beezy loves it 😂
"It didn't screw my face" dawg if Spike was there he would've started unplugging the equipment after that major pause worthy comment lmaooo
🤣🤣
Man!!! Everything Nas touches nowadays turns to gold. He was dancing on that beat!!!
LL was rapping like his retirement home rent was due 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just jokes! LL did his THING on this 🔥
LMAO
Lmao 😂😂😂
Factory 🏭
Lol damn son
B had me rolling in the intro "you wasn't saying that a minute ago"
My expectations were low and I'm a huge LL Cool J and Q-Tip fan. This was such a pleasant surprise! The one producer album is undefeated !
Em went off on that murdergram joint . 2024 was low key his best year in a decade
Dropped his best album in years, found out he’s going to be a grandfather, and collabed with one of his rap idols. Yeah, I’d agree 2024 is one of his better years
Yeah my expectations were very low but ima be honest, when LL announced that Q-Tip was producing the whole project, i was like Ok this gotta be fire, he can’t mess this up. And LL definitely delivered. 🔥 album for sure
This album was fire bro. I'm in my mid 20s so I doubt i was LL's intended demographic lol but I liked some of his older music. I was mainly brought in bc Q-Tip did the production and I'm a big ATCQ fan and the production didn't disappoint. Also LL didn't sound dated to me either everything sounded fresh. I definitely wanna see more Q-Tip produced projects. Hopefully, he can get in his Alchemist bag and lock in with artists and make more great music.
@@kilobeatsog yeah it’s crazy how underrated Q is as a producer
Oh Lord. I had given up on getting this review. The way y’all be churning them out lately. But I’m so happy. I’ve been dying for a review of this from y’all. Thank you.
That peer pressure works lol
This album was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and he did promote this album heavily letting people know Q-tip produced there are plenty of interviews out there
One of the best albums this year, this is an A not a B
Well Rested Feefo is the best Feefo
Much love!
Nice to see that feefo got some rest
Great review. Yall scared me with the curse word edit at the beginning tho 😂. Thought the whole vid was gonna be editied
Nah nah just gotta respect RUclips’s first 30 seconds rule 😅😂
Everyone thinking LL in 2024 is a crazy idea until we heard the album..
Brought back the OG music and the OG type filming I love it
Love that beat! Classic DEHH. So many memories
Glad you finally did this! I love this album. Honestly one of my favorites this year.
Feefo always on an island lmao
I really thought I was gonna miss Mike, but the vibes are still immaculate in these old school were just gonna sit in our living room reviews. - more of this please
I miss Mykes comedy but now there are significantly less d-ck jokes and woke moments. Just less swearing in general I can play this out loud in more scenarios now
I don’t know why, but I love seeing Beezy get hyped about an album
When Beezy likes an album you got to check it out
Cause he normally pretty chill haha
LL Cool J aka The G.O.A.T. 🎧🎤🔥
Best LL album in a long time. I agree Q-Tip production should be more highlighted when he goes on these media platforms.
I remember hearing Murdergram Deux leak near the beginning of the year and I was like "ExCusE Me!?!?!? Is this AI? This is incredible!!!!!
I actually waited since that day to listen to this album and it blew me away. Technicality is SO embedded in his and Rakim's veins (Check Rakim's Rebirth album this year too, equally as good as this) that they can be 90 and this is a natural habit of theirs.
I've been impressed with LL Cool J since I was 6 when my father showed me "Mama Said Knock You Out". Im 40 now. What other rapper in anyone's Mount Rushmore can do THAT?
Never Underestimate Uncle L. THIS bumps in the Whip.
Yes it does. My car has a Boze system in it and it sounds great!
ive said it before and Ill say it again, rick ross just accidentally finds himself over some of the best production, like hes fucking magnetic or some shit
Hahaha, so true
FINALLY!!! Waitied for this 😂
I’m glad yall saw my comment & decided to review 😂😂🤝🏾
Thanks for this. There are a lot of "older" people who still love hip-hop, and this album was great!
To me this is in the same class as 4:44 and KD3-not just cuz he’s old and there’s one producer, but because it rivals those albums in overall quality.
444 was trash 🗑️
@@CLF_Akbar_900 put the heroin down you sound crazy 444 is and was a classic little guy
On a rare occasion lol I’m with Feefo… this album was really good from production to the rapping to the features. I just don’t foresee myself returning to it that much over other really good projects this year. I’m more likely to return to the Lupe, Mach-Hommy, both Sadistik’s, Bruiser Wolf, ShrapKnel, etc over this one
Yeah honestly I’m just glad LL sounded competent rappin still. Dope to see a true OG still put out respectable work. I’m never gonna revisit this personally.
@@MartyMcFly__25 Absolutely! LL’s prime was slightly before my era but I definitely remember how a lot of people were turned off from him due to the direction his music shifted the last half of his career but if this project is returning to form than I’d imagine people returning to him! It’s a good album in every aspect fs especially from an OG… It just doesn’t have the replay value that other projects have had this year and that’s ok
@@aaronhooper3328 yeah LL is way before me this my parents stuff. I mostly listened out of curiosity and LL did do a good job to promote couldn’t miss him. I’m glad i listened gave me something to talk about with my dad and mom.
@@aaronhooper3328 the production is enough to bring me back. And then I will again be surprised by the LL performance over it, so really they did a good job.
What? Exit 13 was a beautiful project! I know it didn't do well in sells, but it was very nice. The FORCE is dope too. The song Cyrus, that was real life and LL walked us through this man's story! Passion, he walked the dog on top of QTips's production and breath control is amazing! 30 Decembers, is 🔥🔥🔥he told us about his experience when he went to his old stumping-grounds in his mask and hoodie pulled up on his head; going into Queens and Brooklyn and other places during the Pandemic! Black Code, he's describing the scene at the backyard cook-out with lyrical expression and so on! The Force, telling you not to limit yourself. Reach for new heights and by doing that, you can change your life for the better. All kinds of good stuff is on this album and LL is on top of his lyrical game! This album was worth the wait.
Beezy said there wasnt a good album since Momma Said Knock You Out? That's cap lol. Mr. Smith and The GOAT albums were fire.
I loved the album from start to finish. It’s got an old school vibe about it, and that’s something younger listeners are unable to appreciate with the advent of online playlists streaming. The music was fun and meant for mature listeners.
I haven’t listened to this yet because I had the same thoughts that Rod did before he listened. Just added it to my library and will listen to it for sure
This album is blazing from beginning to End !! No skips !! I rock this album EVERYDAY SINCE IT DROPPED !! No Bullshit !!! Feefo trippin’.
This album was marketed FINE !! Y’all wasnt paying attention to all of those interviews. LL and Q-TIP rocked with SWAY.
Finally got to this today. I'm mostly with Feefo on this one. First LL album I've listened to. It's cool but not much to bring me back to it. That last song though.... Those guys went crazy.
Feefo was buggin' with the grades he gave. I thought his overall grade would be a C. As usual I was aligned with Ken and Beezy, so all is right with the world.
I loved this album one of the highlights of the year
Will finally listen to this joint now
This LL Cool J guy did a good job. If he keeps at it, I could see him having a solid career in rap music
lol
Could be that Feefo wasn't feeling the traditional hip hop vibe of the album. It is very old school but thats what I love the fact that it sounded so old school with some fresh production. Props to LL for reminding us why he's a legend and props to Q Tip for once again bringing some immaculate production
Respectfully, the surprises is rubbing me the wrong way. LL has ALWAYS been a beast. Smh
Yeah but them albums he was releasing in the 2000 and 2010s been kinda wack though.
Amazing album! The goat is back!🔥🎤💯
I love that proclivities joint
Ironically, even though Uncle L always been on some freaky ish I thought he went a bit overboard with it towards the end. I thought it was overall cool though.
Love the album!!! My favorite rapper LL COOL J!!!
Gotta drop my review on this album as well. I thought you guys was never gonna talk about it honestly lol.
W REVIEW ONCE AGAIN!
Talking about being surprised by the album and the beats having a straight up sci-fi feel to them is *exactly* what was going through my mind when I first heard this. I was like DAMN, these joints are OUT of this WORLD! Are you sure this is an LL Cool J album?! It's sooo different from not only his previous work, but from anything else in the last couple years.
We sure the L in James' rap name doesn't stand for Legend? 'cause it damn sure deserves to be said twice.
B on production's crazy tho :D
Replay value...? Bros, I came here after I was bumpin' it in my car so hard I knocked the key in the ignition and turned the engine off on the highway 😅
Yall should review Rakim’s new project
Ken and FeeFo reviewed it on DE365 I believe
I still haven't checked it. All those songs that were out before the album had me not needing to rush to it. I have never really cared for q-tip production also. Crazy, it was supposed to be done by DR. DRE.....LL said they just didnt mesh during the creation.
I never really listened to LL before but this album is dope as hell.
The dude in the blue hat just wants to dance send him to headsprung lol
Ngl…. I’m actually digging the letter-grade system y’all been using on y’all recent reviews. I was a little skeptical at first but it’s grown on me a lot
in the beginning they started the video w the grades which didnt work imo
@@alang4190 yeah I’m glad they switched it up
Sorry. Feefo needs to learn to be concise with their points of view. The way this began was a lot of verbal salad.
I'm glad y'all finally review the LL and Q-tip The Force album! Dope Review! Feefo is trippin! lol LL was working with Dr. Dre at first and he said the production was banging but he felt his lyrics were not up to par so he took a step back. He said that he had a dream and Phife Dawg said to him in the dream that the album he's doing with Dre was dope with a smirk on his face. He said he woke up and called Q-tip and he wanted to do a album and Q-tip said say less. LL said the album took about 2 years to make. Check out LL interview on sway in the morning. He goes in detail on how the album was made! The Album of the year in my opinion!!
I’m just like Beezy-first LL album I liked since Mama Said Knock You Out. Crazy record!
Really? Mr. Smith is 🔥! My personal favorite and Walking With A Panther. The GOAT is fire too!
He didn't outshine Nas lol but LL was dope
Yeah he kinda did when he broke down the supreme alphabet in his verse
Yeah he did. If the verses was opposite and NAS was spittin’ the Supreme Alphabet like that while LL was just rappin’ about QUEENS hanging with CRAIG G And going to see where NAS lived…y’all would’ve been on NAS DICK for showing that part of him.
@curtis75black Besides your need to put dick in all capital letters which is strange for a man this seems to be a comment about content vs form/flow. I prefer LL' content but Nas's flow is completely superior. So that brings us 1 to 1. What's the deciding factor. I find myself wanting to go back to the song because of Nas's performance while completely appreciating LL. LL was dope and Nas was dope. Nas's cut through the beat tho was too slick to be outshine.
I thought Nas verse was better
Feefos ratings are so weird. Definitely not consistent like he claims lol
I FN *LOVE* albums that get the crew so hyped!
Fantano also gave it an 8. Need to listen to this asap
So glad this album isn't being overlooked . Album is fire ! I want Slick Rick with like Conducter or Madlib . That would sit all these young cats down .
Feefo you need to study hiphop more
Anyone peep the ja rule diss on murder?
Beezy excited lol
"It didn't screw my face" Ayooooo
Feefo don’t know about real hiphop he a commercial ninja
Yall brothers need to review Willie The Kid and V-Don album Deutsche Mark 4 and Benny and 38 Spesh Stabbed n Shot 2
This album was amazing. Definitely in my top ten this year. I really loved the production. Q-Tip is a Genie. Top songs Runnit Back. 30 Decembers. Passion. Proclivities. Murdergram Deux. It was funny how everyone but feefo was hype. I also recommend reviewing logics U85 it’s pretty good in my opinion. I feel like his sound has always been influenced by Tribe.
I wonder if LL will drop some of those Dre tracks he made prior to Qtip... Or maybe he will rerecord them.
L L Common and Lupe have the best albums so far for 2024
This album here!!
Ya should review the Thief next to jesus if ya extending the timeline on albums to review
When you look at the two big comebacks this year, LL destroyed Common.
Humbly Disagree
Will you do Logic's Ultra 85? I'm really interested in hearing your thoughts.
I wasn't feeling this but that was off first listen I gotta back to it
Did Feefo say he likes music made for 20yr olds even tho he's 40 😳🤔😳
L put out a great album. DEHH, I have a question: Are you gentlemen going to review ‘I Lay Down My Life For You’?
It’s a good album for the Unc’s
You guys should do a collab review with Fantano again to get some more exposure.
Q Tip produced everything but the last song
Man I have to say, LL ripped this album! The production, I wasn't feeling much. I love Q-Tip...but most of the songs, I wasn't feeling the beats. I said I will go back and give it another listen
Still waiting on the jpeg album review
On my 8th listen
Yall gotta put a big "PAUSE" warning at the beginning of this video.
Don’t worry. Spike let them know 😂
All the rappers Feefo like don’t give you that face he talking about he like 🔊 🔊🔊 and he came in to hiphop late his takes are bad im sorry no hate but bruh cmon
Great album….
Check out MC Lyte album too it's 🔥
Never trust grown men who shave all they facial hair (fefo) goofy ass rating 😂😂😂
Fefo lost his damn mind.
Ross is dope ppl just shit on him for being a cop
He gets shit on for lying
@@blunteastwoodall rappers lie
I don’t listen to LL so I’m gonna give it an F
Please kick Feefo’s contrarian ass to the curb. He does this every time and it’s kind of getting old…
Uhhh screw my face is a big pause.
LL Cool J could've been really great if he just focused on music the last 30 years and not acting.
Could’ve????😂😂😂 he was always great
LL was rapping, but the production was weak to me.
