FSRN... Fisker up 127 % in a week. The Ocean SUV EVs Increasing deliveries in April from discount prices... Europe and North America. Hopefully 3.0 Software updates in April. Thumbs Up video/ Comments.. Thanks
I also had multiple stages when my Extreme updated to 2.0. Mine was in the daytime and I wasn’t in line of sight so I didn’t notice if all the lights came on. Stage one of the update didn’t download the hill-hold but did install the solar sky. Later it did a second update and (H) appeared just as it has done for you. It looks to me like your experience is the same as mine. The only difference is that you are buying ice cream in April - here in the UK we’re still in hot drinks season. Enjoy the new SW stability and long-awaited features. Keep up the great work. I am always grateful to hear the views of another Fisker Ocean owner. We have to stick together.
The OTA process including the software-functions is far from logical and still under resourced (work in progress). Who releases a vX 1/2 or 1/3 but skips the next iteration even during an update process? It is in-experience or lacking funds and going with a nuts and bolts budget. Hopefully by now the team/leader behind it has been replaced. Each year there are new cloud technologies released to better maintain and update systems. Fisker uses a cloud provider (rather than a single fixed data center) but my impression is that they have not subscribed to a high-end availability service. ie, no instant backup/ small bandwidth / sharing servers with other companies for cost savings. You just need to compare how a company like Netflix, Disney, RUclips, Samsung, LG or Apple manage their OTA updates. They are obviously bigger and more experienced. Which in the end provides the answer.
Congrats. Did you notice a prompt asking you to walk away from the vehicle during the update like in previous updates? I'm still on 2.0 (1/2). I think the trick is Dairy Queen.
In my case, hill hold was enable after part2 was installed too. When part 2 installation started, I had car pluged in charging, installation of part2 started, and car lights turned on while I was working in my garage. But the charging was stopped. I had re-plug the charger.
The alarm goes off like that when your 12v battery has dipped below a certain voltage. Make sure to charge over 80% (big battery) and run the car a bit to force the 12v to charge up.
The not so cool thing is that someone might call the police if all the lights on the car turn on. And, I'm sure to go from 0-100 complete takes some time so your lights, etc. will be on for that duration. And, I wonder if you are low on battery power if it will sense that and not download.
Another nice video, question, one of the warning lights stays on all the time even while driving on my Ocean One I think is the front collision warning light and I was wondering if you how to make it go off, I do have the 2.0 software update n everything seems to be working fine. Thanks
I always look forward to your videos on the Ocean! Thanks for your efforts in keeping us informed!
Congrats on getting 2.0. I have had it for some time. I am enjoying my FOO. Thank you for your content.

No, no prompt at all. It just started on its own

Finally!!! 😂

Thanks for doing update daily.

I'm not sure without knowing which light it is. I recommend forcing a deep sleep and seeing if that resets it.
@@Ocean1_FSR I have and also reset it a couple times but it won't go away, how i can send you a picture of it so you can see it?
@@salacarh you can't on here. If it won't go away, open a service ticket.
One suggestion I can think of that you may not have tried. Wash it. Seriously, if you haven't. If that doesn't work, then open a service ticket.
Lucky. My update to 2.0 has failed 4 times. I can only assume it is a cell signal issue, but that does not make sense where it tried.
If you can get the prompt, try at home by using your home WiFi. Connent the car to WiFi and see if that will work.
@Ocean1_FSR I have, and that failed, too.
@@bradleyandresen9514 sorry about that
So how long did it take to do the update?
About 15 minutes, but I couldn't have had a strong cell signal
@Ocean1_FSR that's not bad at all, I own a Kia EV 6 and updates easy take around 40 min to an 1hr.
Still waiting for 2.0 😒
Sorry about that. Report it to Fisker on Instagram messages. They are responsive.
@@Ocean1_FSR Unfortunately I don't have IG. Maybe I will try calling customer service.
The Turkey that wrote the software should have been canned. And HF should have nor released these cars until all was perfect. Shmuck.
There may be hotfixes that are under same version number. New version often presents big bug fixes and features.
